We used to come here a lot as a family, but for some reason or another stopped for a long time. When we came back, well it just wasn't as great as we recalled. The food is ok, so are the drinks, the service was a little slow and irregular, but nothing was "great!" Maybe the owners changed or something.... More

I think the restaurant is great, and I enjoy the food as well as the view. I went with a different group and have to say that they didn't enjoy the revolving as much as I did although it was a talking point. The service was reasonable although a bit confused at first, and the overall experience still on of... More

Nice place to know, excellent view of the city. Food is ok, not outstanding by the price charged. Service is quite slow.

The experience itself of being in restaurant that revolves can sound quite interesting. In fact, if you have never visited one, it should be worth a visit. The problems, however, are many: pricey and regular food, poor service and an air of tourist trap.

this has a great atmosphere and quick service. the food is just ok but worth the visit. you get a pretty broad view of the city, and the food is okay, probably like a major US chain restaurant. the food was just ok, nothing out of the ordinary. probably only worth one visit.

The restaurant is in a top of a 18 story building. It has a nice 360 view of the city (but not comparable with Cerro San Cristobal and Sky Costanera, obviously) in a rotating saloon. It's recommended to make a reservation to avoid the lines. The prices are higher than equivalent restaurants due the fame, but the food doesn't disappoint.... More

The meal is very good, some of the menus are on tablets that can switch languages and also can see pictures of each menu options. The place has a nice view of city, that you can aprecciate while its turning around itself. On the night we visit, a pianist was playing and making our experience more pleasent. We made the... More

Went to this lovely "rotating" restaurant with some locals. The food was great and the service outstanding. It was slightly disorienting when the restaurant rotates but really cool. You have a lovely view from this restaurant :)

By and large, food quality and attractions like this rotating restaurant next to Costanera Center do not go hand in hand. Surprisingly, at El Giratorio, kids can have fun watching the city view change 360° from the 16th floor (full turn takes about an hour) while their parents enjoy good food at reasonable prices while listening to the piano.
