So pleased we were able to visit, easily our most enjoyable dinner this trip, and indeed anywhere in the last 12 months. A lovely quirky building beautifully and creatively decorated and with really excellent attentive and knowledgeable staff. We are still raving about the food....We must go again one dayMore
From a mouthwatering menu I could easily have ordered from for a fortnight straight, I picked the whole king crab and the shrimp in pil pil sauce with merquén. The crab's body shell was filled with sweet meat and the legs were wonderfully cracked and...easy to eat. The shrimp, although small, were not overcooked. Staff were polite and attentive, very professional. You get what you pay for, highly recommended.More
My wife had sea bass. It was Luke warm, and fairly tasteless. She had salmon at other cheap eateries which were far more flavoursome. The white wine was not properly chilled. I’d expect more from an up market restaurant. I’m a vegetarian so won’t comment...on a fish restaurant. Overall rather expensive for a very average mealMore
Acqui Esta Coco did not disappoint. We had a fish stew, crab pie and baked Hake. The food was very good, and the service of the waiter was flawless -- from advice on food and wine selection to perfect execution.
Recommended by our hotel staff we were not disappointed. They use and promote local products that is prepared and served in unique and traditional ways. We love sea food and always try to eat something that is "local" or "traditional" and these guys did it beautifully....The restaurant is decked out in a very tasteful nautical theme.More
We absolutely loved our dinner at Aqui Esta Coco! The restaurant decor is unique with its fish and nautical theme...the whale tail leather chairs were so cool. My husband and I shared the whole king crab which was delicious and fresh. My steak was top...quality and my husband raved about his lamb. Ricardo was one of the best servers we’ve ever had, and we’ve eaten at many great restaurants around the world. He was exceptionally attentive and simply delightful. We highly recommend this restaurant.More
