I was roaming the area looking for some good Mexican food. Stopped in here and ordered a vege burrito. Service was sweet and order was very quick. Mainly, there was nobody else at the moment. Soggy is a nice way of saying how it came out. Mostly, fell apart when I started to eat, and food felt like it was sitting around all day. Not to my liking for $10, skip and go to a better place. Sorry, I really wanted to like the food, but, was disappointed. Service was very good.

This is not just fast food, they have a pleasant patio area where you can sit and eat and drink beer. Get the Nachos. They are really great! I also had the salad, lots of chicken in it and served with guacamole. Tacos looked good.

This is a fast food restaurant, and I mean really FAST food. You won't need to wait much. The quality is better than typical fast food although for mexican food it did not taste much and should be more spicy or at least have options to make it more spicy.

Terrible !!!!!!!!!!! Worst tacos I’ve ever had by far. Really. Please don’t bother wasting time and money here. It should be banned

Had 3 tacos. Beef was so tough you could not chew it. Left 2 tacos and all the meet from the 3rd taco. Nasty.

This is a solid option for fast casual American-ish Mexican food.
I hesitate to call it "tex-mex" (Though they do have crispy tacos!) because you're not going to find lots of cheddar cheese, or heavy sides of refried beans. But it definitely feels recognizable as Mexican food through an estadounidense lens.
Think "Chipotle" if you're familiar with the US brand, and you'll be pretty far there. I think they undervalue the quality of the salsas they have out for the taking, the tomatillo sauce is particularly nice. But all the food is pretty dirt cheap, and quick as hell. Definitely a convenient spot for a quick warm lunch.

The service was good and the food came quickly, but was it was not good at all. I had nachos - the cheese tasted moldy, the tortillas were oily and soggy and nothing tasted fresh. Not likely a place I will go back to.

Taqueria Mexa is just one of many places to get a good meal in Santiago de Chile.
Taqueria Mexa serves you mexican cuisine made with amazing ingredients and authentic mexican flavours that you will thourougly enjoy and want to repeat, and the best thing is you don´t have to wait to long for service, just make your order at the counter get served and enjoy, or you can pull out a chair and enjoy your meal on location.
Staff are friendly and the service is good along with very delicious food, you can´t go wrong!

A very good place for a quick lunch. The beef taco (beef, onion, cilantro, tomato, black beans and rice) was fairly good, the price for the drink was ridiculous ($4.900 for the taco, $5.000 if you add a canned Coke- brand soda) and the to. go service was fairly quick. I will try and get a table next time, for the whole experience.

Visited this restaurant for lunch and I was not very impressed. The menu has some interesting options but the food is almost tasteless with no similarity at all with authentic mexican food. Service is mac donald style and not very good. The place is nicely decorated but feels a bit cold and distant to from a true mexican restaurant. Only good if you are really hungry for a quick snack, otherwise AVOID!

I had the tacos (with onion, cilantro & spicy salsa) and they were great! Delicious! They also have a texmex version (with tomato and cheese - yuck) but this version was pretty authentic Mexican. Staff was super friendly.

We ordered nachos and were treated to large portion. The place reminded us of Chipotle in the US. The chips had an odd taste and there was lots of guacamole on top. The carne asada was not like ground beef in the US. I guess this is the best imitation Mexican food in Santiago!

Solid lunch place at a good price. Food is fresh and tasty. Similar to Chipotle but better. For the American who wants quick Mexican food definitely a good place to eat. But dont be mistaken this is not a Mexican restaurant that people from Mexico will find authentic.
