Visited with my in-laws and we were all pleasantly surprised by this small French restaurant in downtown Santiago. Great selection of organic wines and great food, too!

We spent a lovely night. We were three. Everything perfect. I strongly recommend this place. The service was excellent and the girl helped us to decide on what to eat.

A very small restaurant (12 tables) with great food. What a nice surprise. This restaurant was recommended by friends who are self described "foodies" and it did not disappoint. We had a wonderful Asado (beef) dish and a great "fish of the day". Both were...More

We had different courses: filet mignon, duck salad with orange, rabbit -which was share-, cheese salad and the daily fresh fish. We enjoyed most of them. Excellent service and regular price.

Authentic French food at a quaint and cozy restaurant in the ground floor of a Hostal. I've always ordered the specials and they have been consistently five stars. If there are mushrooms involved the chef will prepare them perfectly. Unpretentious look and feel in Lastarria....More

Description
Le Petit Bistrot offers traditional French food with specialty in fish of the day. With only 22 seats, the menu is short because you want to offer the maximum freshness of the products, with preparations of the day. The fixed menu includes the traditional ones like boeuf borgignon, rabbit or onion soup, and fish and seafood are always special of the day because they depend on the daily availability of the products. Our chef Bernard buys daily at dawn the fish and seafood that will use, which allow to guarantee freshness. The wine list is also brief but original. We work only with natural wines, similar to an organic wine (although in reality that concept does not exist for wines). The natural wines do not have addition of sulphites and that makes them very special, although the offer is reduced, it is worth.
