Had a lovely dinner in this restaurant featuring the catch of the day (which would have been caught that morning) paired with an excellent chilean wine by the waiter and delicious sorbet for desert. The welcoming and friendly staff were a treat and the speed of service was exceptional. If you are dropping by Stanley then this is the place... More

we look forward to our visits to Malvina - either quiet drinks and bar snacks with friends or a dinner for two - never disappoints.

Going to Malvina's restaurant is always a pleasant experience. Delighted to find that they have incorporated gluten-free on the menu. Carl, the manager was very helpful and made suggestions as to which items on the menu where suitable for gluten intolerant people. A wonderful dining experience

Lunch is always worth having: local fish and chips (usually toothfish), all home-made food. Dinner is even better: reindeer, local lamb, squid, toothfish and kingclip. Desserts are all made in-house and Matthew the Head Chef is a good man. The wine list acceptable without being overly great and the service is always of a very high standard. If you are... More

I remember the Malvina House Hotel from 20 years ago while I was stationed uop the road in MPA and am pleased to say that as then it is still the number 11 place to eat. Mind you it has grown massively since I was last there. The quality of the food served up was very good both in looks... More

Took breakfast and evening meal in the hotel. Breakfast of a good standard, evening meal excellent. Were staying in the hotel and managed to get a table for evening meals but to play safe best to book as very popular with locals.

Stayed here for last 3 days of our 3 week Falklands trip. All Stanley attractions, shops and amenities are nearby and the view over the harbour was stunning. We were greeted as long lost friends by a lovely breakfast server; we had met her relatives on Sea Lion Island. Such personal touches make all the difference and underlined how friendly... More

Malvina House Hotel / Restaurant is right up Ross Road from where tenders from ships drop off their passengers. My wife and I had the pleasure to eat there March 15 as a culmination of what, for us, was one of our best excursions EVER. We contracted with Patrick Watts to take 28 of us from the Holland Zaandam to... More

Another great dining experience at this most southerly of Restaurants. The Calamari / Squid is to die for, you really need to try it.
