A nice tourist attraction to visit and enjoy local food. However, the food is average and price is pretty much on the high end.

10/10, sooo good!! Best butter chicken and naan - amazingly good with lime juice. The pandan waffles are delicious as well.

You can't visit Singapore without going to Lau Pa Sat for an evening meal. After 7pm they close one of the adjoining streets and fill it with tables and chairs. There are a number of satay vendors who will all vie for your patronage. We...ended going with no. 6 but I believe any would be good. We had people taking our satay order, others trying to sell us other dishes, our satay seller even organised for us to have a jug of Tiger brought to the table. It's certainly a hawker centre with tourist prices, but a great experience and delicious satay!More

During the day, this is a normal hawker centre but at night, it will be transformed into an unique outdoor dining location. The place will be packed with tables and there will be many stalls selling BBQ items such as satay.

One of the biggest food court in Singapore and there are many different types of foods available. The prices are affordable to eat for big groups and it is open till late. I would recommend a visit to this.

For those who crave just a good selection of Singapore favourites. This is the place. Take a seat and the stalls will offer you menus which you just order and they will bring it to you. We had a great selection of satays and fried...rice. Best value in Singapore. Cash only in most places!More

Having to work in the CBD area, sometimes I will take the time to drop by Lao Pa Sat for lunches which to be honest the food there is pretty decent. Just that it might not be that value for money. It doesn't really give...me the die die must come back and try kinda feeling but their food really has a certain standard. What really appeals to me is at night where one side of the street is sealed off. Stalls, tables and chairs will be setup in the middle and you find that it will start to get a little smokey around there. And the reason behind is because the smoke and smell is coming from the Satays! The satays are pretty legit in taste, just again the prices are a little expensive, but if you are a tourist and you would like to immerse yourself, this is the place to go. But if you are a local, I'm sure you can find a better place to chill and relax (and save a hole in your pocket).More

It is what yiu'd expect, noisy, cheap and yiou have to buy drinks from one stall and food from another. The food was absolutely ok, not adventerous but worth the price. Top tip? Try and take a metal knofe and fork from yiur hotel with...you. The flimsy stuff on offer cannot cope with any robust cutting. Or stick to a rice dish with small extras!More
