Very surprised to have had a good lunch at starbucks- chicken pie was tasty, a good size for filling lunch and it was heated up well, considering its quasi-fast food.

This store was very close to the hotel we were staying and visited here regularly for 4 days. Helpful friendly staff that knew how to make a cup of coffee especially after you told them how you wanted it - they do it differently country to country.

Sunday morning and we were taking the Luxury Coach to Malacca in dire need of good hot coffee. This was less than two blocks from our departure and was open on time and had great food options to takeaway.

The lattes and frappuccinos were the ones I tried. The creamy and icy frappuccino goes great with the cakes and pastries they had. However, if you are on a tight budget, Starbucks is not ideal as it costs quite a lot for a drink.

Visited for a latte and a bun one evening. You have to go downstairs to get served. You can sit down there but it was in a building walkway so not the best Starbucks. We went back upstairs to the outside seating on the street. Pleasant evening people watching while having our food and drink. Staff were okay.

If you want a cheap and easy breakfast, Starbucks was our choice. For $30 we could feed 3 people, bagels, pastries, juice and coffee in the morning (which is much cheaper than a hotel breakfast) and we would usually hit there again in the early evening for a great English Breakfast tea...

It was a nice place to have some snacks. It is bit heavy on your pocket and you don't get very stomach filling stuff there.

To use the wifi you either have to join facebook or register with some phone company. Very irritating! Much more time consuming than in the US.
