Chinois @ Resort World Sentosa has changed name to "Tung Lok Heen". Nice romantic clean restaurant serving fusion Chinese cuisine. Salted egg Boston Lobster and fish maw soup were tasty but London Duck was too greasy. Monkey mushroom with bean curd tasted good too. Icy pear dessert is refreshing. Waiter and waitress were helpful and attended promptly to all needs... More

If you are looking for very well done fusion cuisine ( which is not everyone's cup of tea) look no further. This is the place to go to. But be sure to inform the restaurant of your preference . They will be more than obliging . Service is good .

I have tried this restaurant a year ago, and I have tried it again recently, and I got the same experience as before, meaning they are consistent with what they are providing their customers. I especially like the atmosphere of the place with all elements (earth, water, wind, fire) represented on it's chic interiors. Classy, elegant, and there's a comforting... More

In a contemporary but uninspiring setting, the food served by this famed restaurant did not quite live up to its name. Others in the group were less critical but none of the dishes in the set left an impression. For the same price, there are better places to indulge.

Our host are from Chiu Chow and for sure they know Chiu Chow cuisine. They know are are connoisseurs and yet decided taking us to try this famous fusion restaurant. We were very impressed by the boldness and imagination of the chef. No disappointment at all. See attached photos of the delicious dishes we had for the evening. Definitely we... More

I wanted to share my first dining experience at Lee from last night. Atmosphere and service was fairly good 7/10. The food unfortunately was poor across the board. We had four dishes: 1. Cole Slaw - $19, tasted like a sweet and salty pad Thai from the underground in the worst way possible. Over sauced and tasted primarily of peanuts... More

My husband and I had eaten at Chinois a couple of years ago and thought it was the best dining experience we had ever had. When visiting Singapore again in March, 2013, we brought another couple after bragging about this restaurant to them. This time, the entire wait staff was Chinese and no one spoke English. I ordered a martini... More

This is caferteria standard chinese food in a fine dining setting. We paid S$570(without any of the exotic seafood) for 6 persons with fruit juice and beer. Service score a B+ as the team of service staff were professional, swift and attentive.

We decided to try this restaurant but left slightly disappointed. While the overall ambiance and decor was good, the food was somewhat average for the price paid. Not sure if it was because we took the set menu but we could not rave about any dish - kurobuta pork included. In fact, some dishes like the mee sua reminded me... More
