Great attentive hospitable service but their food was not creative enough, nor memorable- some of the appetisers were interesting but the wagyu beef was disappointing . Appreciated the personal touch at our table, attending and ensuring our meal experience.

We were seated at a table by the window and the view is stunning. The service is excellent but the food surpasses it all. The attention to taste, presentation and ingredients is evident in everything we were served. We had the 4 course lunch set...menu and were extremely happy with everything. It certainly deserves its 2 Michelin stars.More

Somewhat traditional approach to food but very good quality. The view may be the best among top Singapore restaurants.

St Pierre never lets down even with the constraints of the current Covid situation. The dishes are both artful and tantalising. So glad to have this restaurant as iconic as the setting at One Fullerton.

Great service by Ruby and Ryan and rest of crew. Meticulous and attentive to details. Great view of MBS. Perfect setting for anniversary dinner. Price was steep. Food was ok but the matsutake and sweetbread needs improvement for the Adventure course. Overall good presentation and...eye appeal. Wine pairing was also steep for the range of wine offered. Would have expected a good Margaux instead of 2012 Haut Medoc. The Riesling for the Dessert is not well paired. For the price, perhaps good to have Champage to accompany the Snacks at part of the Wine pairing, rather than separate charge for Champagne. Perhaps have Krug or Moet for the price offered. Otherwise it is pleasant place for a romantic dinner.More

The restaurant looks out towards Marina Bay Sands. Even without the fireworks, which usually there would have been on a Sat night in July without COVID-19, the MBS buildings were beautiful at night. Service was excellent and personal. I sneezed as I felt a draft...from the air conditioning, and the next thing I knew a waiter brought a blanket for me to use if necessary. As it was my birthday dinner, I had a baked alaska on top of the dessert on the menu, and this was really tasty. However, food wise, we were a bit disappointed, though we are not sure if this was because the normal ingredients that the restaurant usually sources from Europe were not available due to disruptions in the supply chain. We were expecting French food, but it turned out to be more Japanese-oriented because apparently supply from Japan was safer in terms of quality. We do like Japanese food. However, the dishes were not as interesting as what we have had in good Japanese restaurants, including Waku Ghin and a two michelin star in Tokyo. The Japanese strawberries, which were prettily arranged for visual effect, were unfortunately not sweet. Thus, overall, food wise, we were not impressed. Will visit another time, perhaps months later, when the food supply chain has gone back to normal, to see if there is any difference and whether the restaurant deserves its 2 michelin star rating.More

My husband and I celebrated my 60th birthday here with dinner. From beginning to end we loved it. The ambiance, the beautiful small dining area, the view across the bay of Marina Bay Sands and its light show. We had the Adventure menu. Each course...was a taste experience. The beetroot with cream and the corn marinated in a wonderful sauce were amazing taste experiences and they kept coming. The wait staff were efficient and the presentation of each course was like a theatre performance. We did find the explanations a bit to quick to take in. At the end, I had a birthday tile for dessert. This is a nice concept with the chef doing a personalized birthday message with fruit and chocolate but I might have preferred the actual dessert on the menu. Overall a wonderful experience.More

My benchmark for French cuisine is the Epicure and Le Cinq in Paris and they truly deserve their stars. I am not sure however if this place deserves the 2 michelin stars. Food was ok but not amazing, taste was "light" compared to traditional French...foods. The servers who explained to us about the dishes spoke too quickly and not clear, especially the French lady who came to our table, explain briefly without a smile and left the table quickly, very cold service. The place exudes low energy from the staffs which brings the overall mood down. Michelin has been really off with their stars in Singapore, it feels like they are forcing themselves to give away as many stars as possible in this country. Please consider the michelin stars in Singapore with a grain of salt, read reviews and ask your friends before spending your hard earned money.More
