This restaurant is located in one of the wooden cottages along Lio Beach, behind the hotel we stayed. It was an open dining room without walls and used ceiling fans as the ventilation, therefore it was cosy. Their menu specialised in crab dishes. We ordered...omelette with crab meat, grill bangus and chicken. Tasted very good and price very reasonable.More

We had dinner here at Red Crab. We ordered the mixed seafood which is good for 2-3 persons and pork sisig. Serving portions was very little for the high price. "Mixed seafood" was more on mussels, 3 pieces shrimp, 2 pieces of squids, and few...tiny pieces of fish. The pork sisig was just a small sizzling plate good for 1 person. Not recommending this restaurant. Go somewhere else, out of Lio beach if you could.More

Red Crab is a franchise but doesn’t feel like one. Great food and service. Lost a star only because our food was not served at the same time - and toilets were out of service when we visited but otherwise service was great! Perfect after...- beach lounging :)More

Lady serving was dismissive and we thought she just wanted to go home. Asked to use bathrooms to find them overflowing with **** told to use public toilet. Steak was served cold asked for it to be changed when reserved waitress said kitchen is now...closed in other words like it or tough. Then they added 600 for service charge which I refused to pay, service is in the title and the service was poor #worstmealinphilippinessofar 👎More

The food is tasteless and overpriced. The most expensive meal I had so far in El Nido and unfortunately the food felt like it’s old and reheated. The wine was overpriced and sour. Really really bad and not worth the expensive price tag.

The Red Crab Alimango House opened in Lio Estate just last April and it's one of the best places to dine in the area. Its colorful interiors and eye-catching bold red highlights made it easy for us to spot it from a distance. We started...our meal with Palawan Baked Mussels (PHP295) which was flavorful in every bite. In fact, I wouldn't mind having this with rice! I was drooling to have more of its Lio Exclusive Pulpo Pasta (PHP325) which I fell in love with during the preview in Manila. And it was just as good! Generous creamy sauce on al dente pasta topped with perfectly charred octopus, this dish was superb! We also got Crab Bee Hoon (PHP299 per 100g). I loved that the crab had this lovely sweet taste to it proving that it was fresh. We were surprised when one of the staff offered to crack the shell for us. It definitely made it easier for us to enjoy this dish. Protein lovers would enjoy the platter of Grilled Tuna Steak (PHP495). Juicy and beautifully seasoned, I could have this dish for days! It's one healthy dish you shouldn't miss. (Just skip the fries or give it to me.) To cap our meal, we had Halo-Halo (PHP299) which saved us from melting. It was ridiculously hot when we visited and this cold treat was calling us from the start. Served on a coconut topped with the classic halo-halo ingredients and ube ice cream, one order can be shared by two or three at most. We also tried one of Red Crab's cocktails and sangria and both were great! Priced around PHP250-300, it wasn't bad at all! I really hope that the Red Crab Lio Exclusives will be available in Manila soon. Or I might have to fly back to El Nido for my favorite Pulpo Pasta.More

Our family have tried many restaurants during our stay but Red Crab still stood out from the rest. Their crab is unbeatable but what surprised us was the garlic prawns. Goes to show that Red Crab has more to offer.
