I was absolutely floored by the dishes- presentations with the dishes are artistically executed and the textures and taste were out of this world. The food was so pleasing, I had to stare for a minute to take it all in. Love the food. Wish there was more servings though. The whole dinner was an experience in itself. Don't go... More

Bought the deal from deal grocer for 1500 peso. 7 courses of something unique, The best dish to me was the egg benidict and the short ribs. The least favorite was probably dessert and the uni taho. 1. tuna kinilaw with rice crispy and crab meat. - very small serving, Nothing that wow me. 2. egg benidict - deconstructed -... More

We were invited to a dinner party at The Goose Station and the Rizal menu was served. I was very impressed that a chef created something based on Philippine history and tried to convey the emotions of the different periods through the use of taste and presentation. Chef Rob Pengson described every dish and explained his work of art. The... More

I had my birthday dinner last week and it's overall a good experience! Just to back track, we were happy that the restaurant still accommodated us despite being late for 1 hour and 15 minutes (blame it on traffic!) The place is intimate and cozy, very relaxing after a hectic day. We tried the Rizal Tasting Menu, and I must... More

This restaurant has always been on top of the list for my wife and I to celebrate an anniversary or some other "special occasion" but on our most recent trip we where pleasantly surprised to see a few subtle changes that will have us back much more frequently! My wife and I ordered from a new a la carte menu... More

While visiting Manila, I was invited by a good friend of mine to dine at this restaurant (more popularly known as Degustation) because she heard raving reviews about it. Sure enough, they did not disappoint and lived up to the expectations! I chose the 7-course Rizal Menu as it's the option with a more local theme to it. It was... More

This is my fifth visit to the resto. The tasting menu is now Filipino inspired. There were seven courses for menu 1. All seven had imaginative combination of flavors, all subtle and nothing overpowering. All seven servings were excellent tasting, inviting to the eyes, and small. I like the beef ribs the best. It was tender, cooked perfectly, and tasty.... More

We wanted to try a fine dining restaurant that serves a good set menu so we chose the Goose Station. First course was very delicouse. Except for that one component in the description of the course which we didn't see or even taste. After every other courses, we realized that most of the dishes had beetroot in it in so... More

Description
The Goose Station is the first Tasting Menu centred restaurant and has been open since 2009. Today, the brand has recently launched an ala carte menu to compliment two tasting menus. The menus are updated every 3 to 4 weeks. We are open for dinner Mondays through Saturdays. We are able to open for lunch with advanced reservations.

While the restaurant serves predominantly a style of continental cuisine that is personal to the chef, The Goose Station is also serious about progressive Filipino cuisine combining culture and heritage with the gastronomic experience.
