Extremely tasty vegetarian food in quiet grounds. Full Eco ethic for food, drinks, culture, education.

Some of the best vegetarian food I've tasted, even die hard meat eaters should try their excellent range of Indonesian foods. Watch out for mosquitoes as garden venue and would give it five stars if they had beer - organic if course.

Nice location, although a bit old and not very well maintained. Food was good but not astonishing as it would appear from the previous reviews. Natural ingredients indeed. Service way too slow, not justified by the fact that everything is cooked at the moment. Half hour just to TAKE the order, and it wasn't even full. Overrated, nevertheless a good... More

The restaurant itself is nice and hidden away from the noisy Main Street However I prefer more "local" places so wasn't too impressed

Two excellent meals. Can recommend the Bryani, corn burger, curry and range of juices. First trip was on independence day and waited a long time for table amd goof but well worth it. Next trip much quieter and quicker and the food just as good. Excellent kids menu which has favorites like pasta etc.

Milas is surely the best restaurant in Yogyakarta. The location is idyllic, with its gazebos spread in a flourishing garden, a small pond in the middle and the chance to eat sitting on a tatami. The food is the best I had in he city, with both Indonesian and western tastes and the service was also good (although not super... More

The place is nice, very romantic. The taste of the food is standard. Well actually one of the reasons is because we are not vegetarian, meanwhile this restaurant is special for veggie. But over all, the place is very unique. We love the ambience. The prices is also affordable. One thing they don't have wifi here and since its more... More

The first time in my life I ate at a non-profit restaurant. This vegetarian and Indonesian restaurant is not located in the city center. Locals know the place, just ask them en use a taxi or a bidjak (bike rider) to navigate to Milas. The place has a large selection of drinks, foods and desserts which are ALL made fresh... More

As a veggie, Indonesia is not that hard to Travel butt it lacks some of the good vegetarian dishes i found in Vietnam. In milas you have lots of choice and the taste is good. Why not Excellent? The taste is still Western based, so it lacks a bit of spicyness.
