The hotel recommended this restaurant. It's on the second floor of a building next to the mall. It wasn't full. We were largely ignored and finally sat down at a table. Menus were given but then we had to ask to have our order taken. For came out in drips and drabs but one order never arrived. When this was... More

We saw this restaurant when we were there on the first night of our 5 days trip in Jogja and we decided to give a try on our last night in Jogja. it's a false decision. Food wasn't that good compared to other restaurants. Server was rude to us probably because we are asian.

We went there for 2 consecutive nights as we weren't adventurous to try local stalls on the street with hygiene as main concern. Legion Garden restaurant offered comfortable seating with tables for 2 by the window with the view of Malioboro street. They serve European and Indonesian food with most diners settling for satay (sate in their language). The mushroom... More

A lovely place to eat in Yogya. All meals were most tasty, the decor pleasing with lots of greenery and private areas and great views of the action in Malioboro.

We were recommended to this hidden restaurant by our driver and so, we decided to give it a try. Wasnt disappointed by our choice. In fact the food was good and delicious for the price. There were a lot variety of food available and all 8 of us enjoyed our meals heartily. There was not one complain of the food!... More

Started with a delicious mango lassi and ordered duck, spring rolls, chicken sticks and fried noodles. We only ate the spring rolls because we were hungry. Never thought that chicken can not taste like chicken and the duck died because of its age.

We came here the first day of our stay to have some drinks on recommendation of a local salesman ( who we both bought slippers from). It is a nice atmosphere on the rooftop with a fish pool and a lot of plants, so it's like a really good chill out place if you are shopping at malioboro. They serve... More

On our first evening we found the Legian Restaurant next door to our Hotel. As it looked different from all the cheap food stalls along the Malioboro Road we decided to give it a try. The best thing I found our first evening was the view over the Malioboro Street, the real cold beer and the service. The food may... More

The food was okay, quite delicious. Services are not bad. The place could have been cleaner and comfortable. It feels awkward to even go inside restaurant and sit. The design is outdated, need improvement. The place is dirty and need more renovation. At least the food is edible

This beautiful restaurant is located very close to Ibis Hotel and centre of activity on Malioboro street in Yogyakarta. They are set up on the second floor in a Javanese garden setting with beautiful and relaxing light music. You can see the activity down on Malioboro through the windows upstairs. We ordered an Indonesian style chicken with rice and a... More
