To begin with, I always make a distinction between "expensive" and "overpriced"; and Beautika falls into the overpriced category. The food taste is good, although to say that this is the "best" Manado food is a hyperbole. In fact this is just another Manado food restaurant but aiming at mid-to-upper class that's why it costs more. The price is not... More

I'm surprised to see so many good ratings for this place. I used to go here a lot because it was close to my office and I was too lazy to walk farther, however, I eventually bottomed out on it. The food is uniformly overcooked (imagine tuna so cooked that its hard and stringy! Tuna!!), and while I normally love... More

Knowing how much of a spice fiend I am, my best friend brought me here to test just how much spice I could handle - and I was really tested. Beautika is a popular padang restaurant in Senayan which offers traditional food from Manado. The food here isn't just spicy, it's REALLY SPICY. If you don’t have a high tolerance... More

This was my first time with Javanese food, I'm Italian and I'm not used to spicy food, well I mean, I thought I had already tried some very spicy dishes but...I was wrong. I ordered eggplants, a mixed vegetables salad and a swordfish steak. Eggplants are supposed to be sweet, but I didn't know that those red small things, spread... More

This restaurant is the best menadonese cuisine and has a large variety of food tasting from not spicy to very spicy. I have gone there several times. So have taken two friends from abroad yesterday. The previous evening I have made reservation in my name for seven persons for 12.30 p.m. The guy who took the reservation said it is... More

I don't like spicy food. And still find good food here : chicken satay made in a sweet satay babi (pork) style. Berenebon soup. Sup kacang merah. Classic choice. The best Ayam kecap.

the food in this restaurant mostly spicy, the fish fairly fresh compare to several other manadonese restaurant. love the selection of jajanan(traditional cake) offer as well price wise: quite pricey for local food. though match with it quality
