I came here with a family of 6 people. Booked several days ago via call. 1 day before, staff contacted me to confirm my arrival and send the menu. She made sure to me every food will be awesome. First impression, place is cozy with...proper lighting on the table (I don't like dim places). Food are awesome! Fresh and curated accordingly. My favorite was lobster, foie gras, and croquette. Very good! Whats awesome is the service. Everyone was very helpful and fast response. Hats off to Anggi, Marta, Adit, Cici, and Reza for my awesome experience. Definitely will come back. YMore
sushi here was fresh and the staff was very nice. restauran also sanitized and cleaned. They gave us free chawan mushi while waiting the sushi
Food is absolutely nice and fresh,service is very good,polite and kind to guest.atmosphre is very quiet and good place for meeting point. I shall come back again next and stay at Grand Melia, jakarta.
would like to give 4 instead of two thumbs up ! the service was extremely great, from the entrance until we sat for food. the food was great not as much as the other buffet place since this is a specific japanese restaurant, but all...of their dishes are good, esp the foie grass ! i would order all over again if im not worry about the weight ! must try their beef & lobster <3 additional note the drinks are not included on the package but it was fine. not to mention all the staff was very helpful when i ask for something or simply just for refill, they are so deft at work. esp. everything was good except for the hot room. not quite sure if the air conditioner is turned on or not.
Went for a Japanese buffet brunch but only had 3 kinds of poor quality sashimi (salmon, tuna, and flounder) and no rolls and no tempura. Positives: we were the only guest and beef for shabu-shabu was decent. I would not go back.More

I had very good experience before, that's why I always return to this resto, even the waiter/waitress already knew my name, such a good acknowledgement. But the last visit, the 6th visit, was such disappointment. I made reservation for 6 then changed to 8 pax,...the resto staff immediately recognized me and responded warmly through phone. I made sure again the day before just to make sure because it was for my mom's birthday. The staff who received my call even said that the resto opens at 11, and welcome if I wanted to come at 11. and I came at 11. But then when I and my big family started to get the buffet, one waitress informed that we could only start to get the food at 11.30. We were so disappointed because it was opposite with the phone conversation earlier made. The waitress statement ruined my family's mood for celebration. Too bad.
