Yoshi Izakaya, a trendy dining and drinking spot that serves authentic Japanese cuisines and sakes. Teppanyaki is the best

This is our first time coming here, the atmosphere so quite, probably because Sunday night. Not much people come, Then we choosed teppanyaki as our dinner. Wow.. The taste and live cooking was so great by chef triyantoo, and also service was so friendly, helpful , and can answer all my question. Thanks to miss Tisa, Dewi, and chef Triyantoo.

Best serving and delicious classic shabu-shabu

Not much selection but really worth to try if you want to eat classic shabu-shabu. They give you 2 plates of wagyu beef and unlimited us beef. They have sushi sashimi, miso soup, cawan mushi as a side dish. Thanks to mba Ima, Marta, Dewi, mas Adit and Yudha who serve us really well!

Japanese Restaurant in South Jakarta

Attentive services with great quality of food and beverages. Dewi, Mega, Martha, Ima and Adit have delivered excellent services since we walked in and they know exactly what we need without we requested first. The first two plates of wagyu beef are amazing, the second and additional plates are not bad too. Appetizers and other additional protein like prawn are also great. Definitely one of the best quailty Japanese Restaurant in Jakarta

Disappointed at the 6th visit!

I had very good experience before, that's why I always return to this resto, even the waiter/waitress already knew my name, such a good acknowledgement. But the last visit, the 6th visit, was such disappointment. I made reservation for 6 then changed to 8 pax, the resto staff immediately recognized me and responded warmly through phone. I made sure again the day before just to make sure because it was for my mom's birthday. The staff who received my call even said that the resto opens at 11, and welcome if I wanted to come at 11. and I came at 11. But then when I and my big family started to get the buffet, one waitress informed that we could only start to get the food at 11.30. We were so disappointed because it was opposite with the phone conversation earlier made. The waitress statement ruined my family's mood for celebration. Too bad. I have become regular visitor and ruined just like that.

Went for a Japanese buffet brunch but only had 3 kinds of poor quality sashimi (salmon, tuna, and flounder) and no rolls and no tempura. Positives: we were the only guest and beef for shabu-shabu was decent. I would not go back.

would like to give 4 instead of two thumbs up ! the service was extremely great, from the entrance until we sat for food. the food was great not as much as the other buffet place since this is a specific japanese restaurant, but all of their dishes are good, esp the foie grass ! i would order all over again if im not worry about the weight ! must try their beef & lobster <3 additional note the drinks are not included on the package but it was fine. not to mention all the staff was very helpful when i ask for something or simply just for refill, they are so deft at work. esp. Mba Cici thank you so much for helping us to have a pleasant experience ! Much Love, xx

Went for their Shabu2x weekend promo and not disappointed. The first plate was Australian wagyu and usda thereafter. There was sushi and sashimi buffet spread and dessert spread also. Not many varieties but high quality. Definitely would come back. Recommended

A lovely meal

I arrived from overseas hungry and headed straight to Izakaya Sushi after check in. I have Celiac disease and need to follow a gluten free diet but not much was marked as GF on the menu. I spoke with the waiter and chef and ended up having vegetarian sushi and the salmon and vegetables (all made without sauces). It was so delicious and the salmon so flavourful. It was far too much for one person but I was very happy and I’m going back for more tomorrow. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. I certainly recommend other travellers in the area stop by.

Awful quality, terrible food! Do not go!

The worst Japanese restaurant in Jakarta! Awful quality and extremely overpriced. Their extremely bland green tea is 70.000. The Chirashi is one of the saddest I’ve ever seen! 3 slices of extremely thin Salmon, Tuna, yellowtail and nothing else (Not even a cucumber or tamago to dress the bowl) it cost RP.588.200 but crappy lunch

Hands off: one of the best teppanyaki ever

The seafoods are so fresh, I just couldn’t forget about how it tastes. Their Salmon, Tuna, and Lobster has top-notch quality. But my winner in terms of “the best” goes to the Foie Gras on Teppanyaki. When it comes to dessert, I love their Matcha ice cream. Worth for a second visit? No doubt.

Tremendous brunch experience

Brunch at Yoshi Izakawa was a tremendous and pleasant experience for our family gathering. The services was excellent with helpfull assistance from all the staff especiaily Ms Dawiya who accomodates us with nice and cozy seating spot. The food is fresh, tastefull and nice presentation. Thanks ya.

Best AYCE resto I've been!

I came here with a family of 6 people. Booked several days ago via call. 1 day before, staff contacted me to confirm my arrival and send the menu. She made sure to me every food will be awesome. First impression, place is cozy with proper lighting on the table (I don't like dim places). Food are awesome! Fresh and curated accordingly. My favorite was lobster, foie gras, and croquette. Very good! Whats awesome is the service. Everyone was very helpful and fast response. Hats off to Anggi, Marta, Adit, Cici, and Reza for my awesome experience. Definitely will come back. Y
