my friend said that the ice cream was fantastic so I thought I should give it a try. shocked by the unbelievable never-ending line that we had to wait for about 40 mins to get our ice cream because it was sooo crowded. and the taste wasn't worth the wait. yet it is quiet good taste.

I love Ragusa's nougat ice cream for many years now, and i can't find the same taste anywhere else. This old fashioned ice cream parlour has the best of nougat ice cream. They also have spaghetti ice cream which is basically vanilla ice cream that is served in the form of spaghetti. If you are a nibbler then you should... More

Mencoba karena namanya! History nya! Ice cream nya biasa.. bahkan saya lebih suka Zangrandi di Surabaya... ini menurut saya lo. Kalau mau coba varian, better order single scoupe. I am a bit amazed for the service.. order at cashier, pay directly, get your ice cream. The place is consider "dirty".. floor not mopped. Oh ya.. bisa beli "jajan" (ada asinan,... More

This is an old establishment with history of Jakarta, Ragusa has been there since 1950s. It used to be the only Italian ice cream parlour and it has not changed one bit. The place can't compete with new ones in the various mall but its history can not be denied. The taste of nougat (pistachio) and tutti frutti stay the... More

Ice cream is very delicious, different ice cream from the others with a supportive atmosphere taste of antiquity, but the service is not very friendly and a long wait to get a seat if fully. tissue must buy it, but mineral water is free.

This ice cream store had been founded since Dutch East Indies. They produced their own ice cream. But you have to que to get the table because many visitors visit this place. If you have already done with your ice cream, I suggest you to order another because the waiter will give you bad face...I mean not friendly face because... More

Classic seating arrangement with wood-made chair and table. The authentic taste of ice cream, a bit different kind taste of ice cream for the new generation but lovable. Overall nice experience.

For me, this is a hidden gem in Jakarta. This ice cream parlour has been around for a century or so and seems the places has not changed. It looks a bit old a dilapidated, it has no airco but the ice cream is very good. Worth a visit.
