Was very unhappy with the service. It was my families first visit to your restaurant and I have never experienced such poor service. We had a table of four ordered 3 entrees and 4 mains. We received 2 entries and not the third then 2 people received there mains having there entrees taken before they were finished eating. We had... More

Food sucks. Service was good but thriving as only few staff and hence they cannot cope with the many number of patrons. Long waiting hours. There was another Jap restaurant we went to prior to this and they rejected to take our waitlist as they said Chef can't cope. This is probably a better way to conduct business so you... More

There are not so many places that offers teppanyaki, and at a reasonable price. They are very near from Benoa or Nusa Dua, the have huge space. it may not be the best Japanese food around, but it is good for casual eats.

Fine traditional Japanese food was served, although the menu was uninspiring. Tempura, sushi and sashimi was all fine. The boxed main courses are quite large so share entrees and don't order too many dishes like we did. Lunch provided for two on the way to the airport the following day! Not a lot of atmosphere here either and a tad... More

I ordered a chawanmushi to start first but later tried to cancel it because we decided to order a sushi... More

I have been to this resturant every now and then since I live near by - it has quiet aromsphare so I sometimes introduce my friends to come as well. BUT, the service has gone worse and worse, reached a whole new level of rediculous. I don't want to go too detail but this resturant just lost a royal customer.

We had dinner at Matsuri restaurant last week, and the experience there was great. The food is great, and the atmosphere is perfect. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. After so many days of Indonesian food, this place is a good relief.

We recently had dinner here. Food was ok but the prices were very high compared to other Japanese restaurants in Nusa Dua hotels. Cheap takeaway wood chopsticks and sticky plastic placemat just awful. Wouldn't bother going here again.

Outside decor uninspiring and the food was only average for a Japanese restaurant... The volume was sufficient but the quality was average... Chicken Teriyaki Zen A$14 ++ Large Bintang A$6 ++ (++=10% service charge and 10% Government Tax) so a Rp.400,000 quickly turns into a Rp.484,000 bill make sure you ask when ordering at any restaurant in Bali " does... I didn't see the other reviews before we dined here or I might have considered not going but I'm glad I did and am glad to be first good review. It sucks others had a poor experience but I must admit there are many many things that give you bali belly including just sun so it MAY have not been... More
