Great small restaurant, authentic food and flavour and extremely attentive service. Didn't get charged for BYO wine. Owner was very helpful.

Masala is a very cozy and nice restaurant. Good food and personalised service. Reasonable value for money too.

Visited the restaurant and ordered tandoori chicken and the eggplant curry. Found a hair in eggplant curry. Enough said!

Been back a few times for lunch and the service has always been miserable but today was such a pleasant surprise. Great service with a smile! Whether this is due to change of ownership/new staff or some basic training, it was a nice change to have great food with polite, professional service. Continues to be a good option in the... More

I went there after seeing the positive reviews of TripAdvisor. It lived upto the expectations. We were 6 people and hence ordered the set for 6 people. It had a great variety from starters to main course and included great options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. We did not try any drinks, but the foos was good. For the curries,... More

Great food and great prices. Allowed us to bring wine and didn't excessively charge for corkage! Service was excellent, friendly and prompt . Best indian food in Hong Kong. Super!

Very good finding. On New Year day everything was closed and passing by the restaurant a such cute lady invited us to get in. It was providential: very good and tasty Indian food at a very reasonable price. Actually it was really cheap for the food we had! I recommend it. Cheers guys.

It is the best quality Indian Food I had in Hong Kong and it is a must place to be there and enjoy the Indian Food. The owners are very pleasing and they will surely ensure that the food you eat is of your choice.

Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighborhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
