We were very satisfied with dinner at Yan Toh Heen on a weekday night. Surprises happened from the first welcome dish until the last sip of tea! BBQ pork, spainch with fish broth, and some signature dishes were ordered. The quality and portion were somewhat...out of our expectations, as compared with other Chinese restaurants of 5-star hotels. Most importantly, all dishes served hot, as I think many restaurants failed to meet this fundamental standard ! The elegant dessert platter accompanied for free were unexpectedly the best we're ever had ! The environment was spacious and clean, with the spectacular harbour view we like most. Server named Charlie is well trained and attentive, who made appropriate suggestions for our child when we made order for our causal dinner. He was not 'hard-sell' so that we didn't feel uneasy throughout the meal. Credit was also given to other staff : Otto, John, Joyce and Ivan. We felt they have nice team spirit on the way serving the diners, who shared the same good attitude as we observed ! Our child was also given a lovely Panda doll ❤️ Surely a pleasant experience we've had during these days ! It worths more than Michelin 1 Star, at least : 🌟🌟 Hope it will keep up the standard, esp. more staff would be better when almost full-housed.More

This is our first visit to Yan To Heen. Their current entrance is situated in K11 Musea. The dimly lit corridor opens up to a spacious dining area with the harbour as the backdrop. We ordered dimsum from their a la carte menu which all...dispalyed exceptional authenticity and craftmanship. Some of the highlights include the albalone with crispy taro, assorted dumplings and the crab claws vermicelli. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. We were cordially served by John and Charlie who hospitably offered my grandmother extra complimentary drinks and snacks. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience and to me the restaurant should definitely get its lost michelin star redempted.More

Great food, astonishing eye level view of the Victoria Harbour and most importantly excellent customer service. Yan To Heen has a wide choice of Chinese tea and their dim sum are very unique and tasty. We booked the table and mentioned that it's for a...birthday celebration. They took us by surprise with a mini cake in a beautiful glass container and brought an instant camera to capture the Kodak moments🥰 Highly recommend for any celebration cos you will be impressed by their service and enjoy the food at the same time.More

I enjoyed the meal a lot but it was a bit too much for me, it was extremely delightful and enjoyable. I cannot finish the fried rice in the end. Excellent service and the waiters fill my tea full whenever I drank a few sips...of it, the plates and chopsticks were also placed perfectly. About the price, it’s a bit too expensive for me but I agree that the cuisine was amazing. Even the pork in the soup was fantastically soft. The view was excellent. You can see ocean waves clearly and it’s facing the Victoria Harbour. Helicopters taking off in Hong Kong Island and flying towards the sky. Clouds hanging in the air and buildings stood overseas. It would be even better if you cannot see the bridge between the view. The MTR station was not too close to the restaurant, but I agree that it’s not so far either. I think that paying the walk from the MTR station is worth for the amazing view. In conclusion, I loved this restaurant and eating the meals here. I do say it’s not perfect because it’s hard to make it any restaurant perfect. You should visit there too! I promise that you will have an appreciable time there!More
