It’s an exceptional dining experience here every time that’s most enjoyable whether with family, friends, or associates or even by oneself: fascinating & intricate dishes that are seasonal constantly changing, beautiful presentation, impeccable service and great selection of French wine and rare cheeses. Of the current lunch menu, must have the Bresse Chicken Leg Terrine & Red Wine Jelly, squid... More

Had lunch there once during my resent stay at the Four Seasons. Food and service was very good but not excellent, the cuttlefish in the soup was chewy and taste was a little boring. Maybe I was just unlucky with what I had ordered but still expect better from Caprice. The Starter which was tuna tartar was excellent. Would come... More

The signature menu is excellent but can be too much for those who doesn't eat much. The highlight is always the cheese cellar but choose the wine carefully, otherwise bill will be very high! All dishes are well presented and explained by dedicated waiter.

My friends bring me to renowned Caprice for b'day lunch. The restaurant is elegantly designed with a wonderful harbour view. The sky was gloomy but unlikely my bubbly mood who is looking forward to the lovely meal. Overall service and ambience will not disappoint you because the staff is attentive and knowledagble. Needless to say, the food is delicious and... More

It may seem a little odd to do modern french dining whilst staying in Hong Kong....but they do it so well! Caprice in the Four Seasons Hotel is a sensational experience from the time the doors are swung open on your arrival until they close behind you as you leave. This is service, attention to detail and technically brilliant food... More

This was my second visit to Caprice and it did not disappoint. The location, service and food are spot on. There may be trendier restaurants in the world with more avant garde food but everything we ate here from the perfectly executed pan fried foie gras, to the lamb or the pigeon, and finished by the perfect Souffle, were sublime.... We were hosted to dinner and we opted for the Un Air De Mediterranee menu. We had row 2 away (from the window ) and had an excellent view of the harbour n IFC building across. Service was extremely attentive and prompt even though our dinner started at 7 pm and ended about 9.30pm. The restaurant allowed some of us... More

We recently had lunch at Caprice and enjoyed our meal here as we have in the past. This signature restaurant at the Four Seasons remains a good Michelin dining option in HK. Restaurant layout and decor is elegant with nice touch of chandeliers, Art Nouveau wall decor and an open kitchen. Seating area surrounds the kitchen allowing everyone views into... More

Date night at Caprice was a very enjoyable affair. We were being spoiled from the moment we came in. We were late as I couldn't get a cab for more than an hour. However they managed to keep a table by the window for us +1 Firstly an avocado crab tartlette and amuse Bouche and some delightful bite size bread.... More

We're regulars here and enjoy our visit immensely every time; however, came here twice in a week this time to make sure that I did not miss the new items that caught my attention this month. There is nothing we have not said already: great creativity, execution, staffs, service, atmosphere, and French cheese and wine. Loved the beef carpaccio and... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
