We recently had lunch at Caprice and enjoyed our meal here as we have in the past. This signature restaurant at the Four Seasons remains a good Michelin dining option in HK. Restaurant layout and decor is elegant with nice touch of chandeliers, Art Nouveau wall decor and an open kitchen. Seating area surrounds the kitchen allowing everyone views into... More

Date night at Caprice was a very enjoyable affair. We were being spoiled from the moment we came in. We were late as I couldn't get a cab for more than an hour. However they managed to keep a table by the window for us +1 Firstly an avocado crab tartlette and amuse Bouche and some delightful bite size bread.... More

We're regulars here and enjoy our visit immensely every time; however, came here twice in a week this time to make sure that I did not miss the new items that caught my attention this month. There is nothing we have not said already: great creativity, execution, staffs, service, atmosphere, and French cheese and wine. Loved the beef carpaccio and... More

There are very few places in HK that are as elegantly decorated with food and service to match. Personally, I love walking in to the beautiful high-ceiling room with its open kitchen on the left and generously-spaced tables to the right facing the harbour. Celebrated lunch here with my wife and in-laws and we loved it. Dishes were explained bi-lingual... More

My husband and I came to Caprice for dinner on Saturday, knowing it is a Michelin two star restaurant so we had high expectation of the place. The restaurant has a nice view of Victoria Harbour. Service here is excellent and the waiters really know about the menu and what's in each dish. We observed that the staff are highly... More

Caprice has become one of our favourite dining place. Its centrally located for convenience and parking is free and there is no time limit so you need not hurry. I like it bright and fairly with a clean and crisp fee, yet modern with a classy touch. Food is always good. The ingredients are fresh and portion is just right... More

By far, one of the best dining experiences I have had. Starting with decor of the restaurant, attentive service, outstanding food and attention to details, this restaurant has few rivals. Also received an invitation after lunch to tour behind the scene of the Open Kitchen and Cheese Cellar. Service staff seemed to take pride and ownership that the "Restaurant was... More

The food is nice well presented and simple. Personal taste i didn't enjoy the cold risotto texture on their Amuse witch was well seasoned and nice presented. Pastry team show special care and lots of technique. Service was really friendly.

As a restaurant with Micheline stars, it's very difficult to make reservation. Also, it's a popular place for special occasions and business lunch. I like going there from time to time, but not just the dining room ...... There is a chefs' table inside the kitchen with a cheese room, which is very fancy and you can see the chefs... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
