5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

Sitting outside in the skyscrapper city enjoying the superb food was most enjoyable. We opted for the champagne choice and they were most generous. The various dishes were of a very high quality and plentious, Although expensive it was well worth it.

Zuma is always a good pick for an indulgent weekend brunch date. It's the classic all you can eat and drink HK style package. The food is modern Japanese and the selection has a combination of hot and cold food. The cocktails and drinks package is a good deal as they are generous and the alcohol they choose are all... We ate here as a family and compared to the Miami location this felt a bit more subdued. It is located in a high-end shopping mall. Food was excellent but expensive for what it is. Service was good but not outstanding.

Been to Zuma for business lunch and dinner many times and it never disappoint. We've decided to try their weekend brunch, the food was delicious and glasses were never empty. Definitely look forward to our next visit.

We've been for brunch at Zuma many times during 2016, but their special Cristal brunch was really nice. As always the champagne was free flow and the staff makes sure your glass is never empty. The Japanese inspired food is very nice and service is good. Will be back for several more brunches in 2017.

Kudos to the new management and team to change my previous experience at Zuma. Full marks to Nicolas who has inculcated a strong level of ownership at the franchise. One of the issues we had had previously was just that. Great to see that feedback is positively taken and imbedded into the system. -- My wife and I are back... More

Recently had lunch there on a visit to HK. Sat on the terrace at the lower level. Food was excellent with good sized mains, great quality and preparation. Attentive service. Really good interiors and attentive service. Look forward to being back.

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
