Been to Zuma many times. It's not as good as it used to be however still pretty decent. Food was still delicious. Best is to order many dishes for the table and all share. We were there with 5 people so could share many dishes. One of my favourites is the crispy chicken wings and the seared salmon strips. Also... More

Had dinner here, seated outdoor. Weather was a bit chilly, but they had heaters and at the end of the dinner, just simple puffed away our cigars! Fantastic! Food was excellent, tried a lot from the menu, my favourite was the cod main dish! Passion fruit martinis are also superb... Great, place - recommend it!

Great place. Would highly recommend. The food is outstanding. Similar in style to Nobu. Expensive but worth it for a special occasion. The service was good and friendly. Large dinning room, good for people watching. The main event however is the food, which we found outstanding.

Thought it was about time to write another review...a few years later. Been going to Zuma for years and it continues to be such a great place for drinks and/or dinner. If you want a romantic meal, dinner with friends or to wow someone, this place never disappoints. It's easy....just go there!

Having lived in Hong Kong for a few years now, I've tried a good number of champagne brunches. For me, and for most of my friends, there are lots of great brunches across the city, but Zuma is simply the best. If you only have time to do one champagne brunch in Hong Kong, make it Zuma. Amazing food and... More

There are many brunches on offer in Hong Kong, Zuma has to be one one the best. We've been enjoying a Sunday feast here on and off for years now and it is still one of my favourite things to do. The stater spread is fantastic, loads of sushi, sashimi and fried fish, meat and veg, they never stint with... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
