We had a great Dining experience at this Restaurant. The staff helped us in ordering a few signature dishes and also in selecting Sake Drinks. The overall atmosphere was pretty good. Strongly recommend this restaurant.

Met two other couples for Zuma's legendary champagne brunch....one of the best value offerings in Hong Kong and even exceeded our expectations after several very good previous visits. The staff were polite, attentive and efficient, topping up our glasses without being promoted, the food was outstanding, fresh and of a high standard, as always. The sushi and sashimi were varied... This Japanese is not one to miss, everything we ordered was unbelievable, food cannot be compared to anything. Of our 3 nights in HK we seemed to spend 2 here... the Large menu for both food and drinks that offers all different kinds of things. Staff were great! Very helpful in assisting us with what to order and the right... More

If you like a cool, sophisticate, fashion and new location to eat sushi go to Zuma, 5th and 6th floor in Landmark Building, Central, close to Lan Kwai Fon. Atmosphere is elegant, round table are well disposed or, for who haven't reserved, the counter is available. From there you can also easily see what's happen in the kitchen and how... More

dear fabrizio g, our chefs were happy your heard them at Zuma, as they now feel a bit more important :-) note that in japanese tradition, it is extremely important for the chefs to greet every guest entering the venue, therefore you will keep hearing "irasshaimase!" from our kitchen team all the time. we hope you can try one of... The layout and menu is classy but not formal. Definitely a place to impress the new rich foodies but not necessary the pretentious. Need to make bookings during weekdays and weekend brunch.

dear MarriottMaoKao, it was a pleasure to welcoming you at Zuma and we are glad you enjoyed your visit. we are a contemporary japanese restaurant and have a very modern approach on how we do things, so do not expect a typical japanese meal experience with us. the concept is based on izakaya, an informal japanese eatery, this is why... Nice restaurant for casual Sunday lunch with friends. Good selection of starter buffet, however big queues as 2hour slot which means they are not able to refill quickly. Separate order for mains, I ordered lamb chops which was ok, not the best. Dessert was a lovely platter to share.

Business trip to Hong Kong. Eyes lit up once I noted there was a Zuma not far from work. We met at the bar on the 6th floor for some solid cocktails, then walked downstairs for dinner. Premium Tasting menu was simply impeccable. Excellent quality sushi (including otoro), super tender beef, you name it. More serious and less a show... More

The food is great, service is good and location perfect. That said whoever chooses the wines should choose some others for the basic choices. For example the Sauvignon Blanc they serve from New Zealand is very expensive and really not great. There are so many good wines around that when you charge £50 a bottle you need to get the... More

One of the best Japanese chains ever mostly because it offers a unique sharing concept and food that is not the usual Japanese. Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
