The menu is superb, The atmosphere is elegant The service is exquisite Joel Robuchon proves why he deserves a Michelin star on an International level. His couture cuisine proves that the old saying " East meets West" is also true for vice versa- " West meets East".

I basically tried everything on the lunch menu. Nothing is surprising to me anymore, but it is a default find dining place that I take my friends and visitors to during lunch time. Great service (though some waitresses cannot speak English properly), great ambiance, great food.

I love this place. I bring my wife here for each of our wedding anniversary meals. We always make sure to take a seat at the counter because it's fascinating to witness art in motion as the staff cook and prepare in the open plan kitchen. There is just so much to see. Typically take the set menu's which I... More

It's been a while since I wanted to try a restaurant from the famous chef Robuchon, and finally able to do so this week. Located in Landmark, the restaurant is a Michelin 3-star for five consecutive years, featuring a contemporary chic open kitchen with guests seated around, allowing customers to have a full view of the food preparation and cooking.... I recently had lunch at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and it was one of the, if not the best, dining experiences I've ever had. Granted, that's kind of to be expected when eating at a 3 star Michelin restaurant. I made reservations through my hotel for my family of 4. Many lunch-goers were at a sort of bar area that... More

Start with the Lychee Rose Martini if you like cocktails and proceed to an enjoyable rest of the evening. I've been headed there quite often and always sit by the counter if I'm alone. Service is impeccable and the wait staff catches on quite fast to what I like. One of them even remembered what I had the last time... More

Food was amazing delivered directly from the show kitchen. The service staff was very good with great suggestions. Tasting menu was a must and obviously well orchestrated. I truly enjoyed the wines suggested from Australia and France. Definitely worthy of their Michelin rating and first on my list when back in Hong Kong.

Great food, wonderful setting, temporary style. The dishes are all pieces of art and the taste is just amazing. We were there for the lunch set menu and the prices are very reasonable. If you are into haut cuisine, that is the place. Highly recommended.

Recently celebrated my wife's birthday at this restaurant. From start to finish the service was excellent - a good balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. We were a party of five and requested to be sat around the corner of the bar. The restaurant was happy to accommodate this but if this wasn't available, it probably would have detracted slightly... Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
