Definitely one of the best French food restaurant in Hong Kong. Service always flawless and food offers surprising tastes. Good idea for homesick French people in HK. Nevertheless, slightly more expensive than in Paris.

We went as a family of four for lunch on a Saturday. We were greeted warmly and shown to a nice table. We all ordered a 4-course meal but did not realise that there was a complimentary starter so it turned into 5 courses. The bread basket that came soon after was beautiful and delicious--it was RATHER HARD NOT to... More

We elected to sit at the bar overlooking the open kitchen. Though the table service looked lovely at the Jardin, the view of the chefs in action from the bar seating was a good as any view in Hong Kong. The service was impeccable and the decor/ambience top-notch. The complimentary bread basket was abundant, delicious and artfully presented. Though we... More

We had booked lunch at the counter but were given a table when we arrived due to a cancellation - this is a bit more than the counter seats but when you are paying for a meal at such a lovely place as this, it is definitely worth the extra for the table if you prefer sit-down meals over watching... Every dish is beautiful, I like the pan fried foie gras with mango dressing and scallop with black truffle the most. Well, the bread basket is too good to resist, I was quite full after the starter. It could be this reason I enjoyed their starter the most too. So strongly suggest bring the bread home as it 'd impossible... More

The first time I sat at the bar setting, and thought the experience was excellent and would be hard to beat. This time we had a more formal table in a separate room and the experience was even better. The bread basket was the same as thelast bar seating visit- I can't think of a better bread basket anywhere in... More

It was simply fantastic to eat at this Robuchon restaurant in Hong Kong. Every course (bread, appetizer, soup, main course, dessert and coffee or tea) was delicious and prepared well and the restaurant truly deserves its 3 Michelin stars rating. For min hk$498 set lunch, my family got to experience an awesome 4-course fine dining in a great restaurant is... More

Cannot be described in words. This is an experience that must be had in reality! Starting from the bread basket to the meal ending coffee this is like being in a different dimension. The freshly baked bread basket is to die for! Took the full tasting menu and was it was sublime!!

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
