We held a 21st Birthday party for our daughter on the Orange Tree Junk and it was the most amazing selection of food and Pieter was the best host. He was such fun and so relaxed and chilled. Everyone had so much eat and fun...only wish we still lived in HK now. It was the most reasonable price for the day and the food was amazing. No other junk in HK can compare. Best music as well to party well into the late afternoon. We had so much fun our friends nearly missed their flight as we didn't want it to stop. Thank you Pieter for such a fantastic time. Best way to relax for the day. This was back in April 2019.More

Went here specifically for the Poffertjes. Poffertjes are made with yeast and buckwheat flour which look like small, fluffy pancakes. Unlike American pancakes, they have a light, spongy texture. They were like cute coin pockets that were soft and fluffy with delicious powdered sugar on...top. I felt they tasted great without the icecream because the icecream was too overpowering. Although there is no cheese in the recipe, it tasted like there was cheese and it was savoury which was even more delicious. They were so delicious that I finished them really quickly!More

This restaurant has been around for many years and is one of my favourites - I try to get here every time I visit Hong Kong. Try their steak --- incredibly tender and tasty. On Mondays they have a Super Monday promotion where main courses...are 241. Just call ahead and let them know you are coming (you are supposed to have a card but we called and they gave us the deal with out the card)More

Very good value set lunch during the week. The buffet salad was extensive and very good choices of cold cuts and a wide variety of other dishes. Two of us chose pork loin and vegetables and the other cod. One had the wild berry dessert...and two of us coffee. Service was good and a nice bright environment with lots of windows on the 5th floor of The Grand Progress Building.More

Just back from an Orange Tree junk - fantastic! Having been on a few junks in HK now with various companies, I have to say this is on another level. The boat was a traditional junk boat, great standard of cleanliness, the staff were attentive...continuously topping drinks up, the location we sailed to on Lantau was a beautiful back-drop and the best but was the food - plenty of it from the moment we set sail and throughout the day. I would thoroughly recommend it!More

I was after some European flavours in HK and was not disappointed by the Orange Tree. Very nice interiors, although the place is quite hard to find. Seafood risotto is delicious!

This restaurants whose offering includes delicious and traditional Dutch has a very tasty selection of food and drinks. It is situated in the middle of LKF, so perfect to go to before you hit the streets of Hong Kong at night. Try the "bitterballen" or..."stoofvlees" and you will not be disappointed.More

The Orange Tree offers Dutch/European delicacies and I personally like their beef tartare very much. Their Bitterballen are a tasty starter and definitely worth a try as well. Their lunch set deals are good price/value as they include a starter buffet.

The food and the ambiance is as you normally would experience in a Dutch restaurant. The staff is friendly and the service is of a high level. If you are staying in Asia for a longer period, the Dutch dishes (some with an Asian twist)...are a welcome change in food.More
