Lunch menu around 700 HKD. Private room at ground floor and of course private chef. The freshness and the flavors of the food were only comparable with the artistic way the chef was composing all the dishes. It is worth every dollar you pay. Perfect!

For a taste of Japanese food, Restaurant Osaka is a good bet. Being in the heart of TST, it is a tad overpriced, but the portions are big and the food is delicious!

Came here as a group of 6 on Sunday lunch, but because it was Mother's Day the 20% discount for Sundays wasn't valid. Picked something off the Set Lunch menu, which included a free ice-cream or coffee. At $89 for the Ramen noodles, which included 5 pieces of sashimi (plus the ice-cream), I didn't think it was a bad price... More

This grand establishment has been here before I was born. Great creeky interior and menus that don't change. This is a must for set courses.

My husband and me have been here for 6-7times. And we are always here for Teppanyaki. we always book the table 2/3days in advance so make sure can have Teppanyaki table as they only have 10 seats in front of Teppanyaki grill only. For 2 person we always go for the set. Portion is big and price is reasonable. Order... More

Food is good but service- a big problem. One has to literally ask for ordered food again n again. It can be a good choice if they improve upon service.

My wife and I ate at Osaka last night. We wanted to eat sushi and read about Osaka in a blog. Now let me preface what I'm about to say by saying I don't mind spending a lot of money on food, so long as that I'm getting my money's worth. If everything you offer is overpriced, then the food... More

One of my favorite restaurants in Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui. The teppanyaki area only sets around 12 people only (so please book to avoid disappointment). They cook with a modest amount of clarified butter and the fried rice is the best. Would certainly recommend a visit if the budget can cope with the 1000HK$ per head including a reasonable... More

Osaka was introduced to me by a friend. I first ate there prior to a movie marathon at the Imax on Nathan Road. I've eaten there many times since. I've had dinner but more often lunch at this venue. It's very anassuming. The menu is broad and they do almost everything, everything I've had, in traditional Japanese presentation and preparation.... More

I had lunch at Osaka on a recent trip to HK. It was Sunday so it wasn't too crowded. We ate there prior to seeing a movie. There were four of us and we had; Hot Pot, Terryaki, Sushi and one Tempura. There was nothing earth shattering about the food. As always, it was simply good food in all three... More
