The restaurant manager was about the only staff member who speaks English. He made it his mission to make sure we, not just understand the menu and thus order what we are comfortable with, but also that we enjoy the whole dining experience. The food was good, the service was impeccable. I would go back any time i'm in Hong... More

Love the food at Ole and something we always look forward to having great Spanish food. The people are equally great as well. My wife was dizzy one of the times we were at Ole and the next thing we knew...the chef brewed some sort of ginger water to help my with with her dizziness. Talk about "knowing what the... More

Nestled in a quiet corner at the junction of Ice House Street and Zetland Street, Ole offers great spanish food without the hassle and bustle of the area. Staff were friendly. We found all dishes delicious, from tapas to dessert, we just couldn't help cleaning the plates even though we were full. The garlic shrimps and stuffed piquillo were exceptionally... More

I have been here many times and as a Hong Konger I would put my hands down that Ole is the best Spanish restaurant in HK! Everything here is very authentic - the ambiance and food. The Chef is also Spanish! They serve very delicious food. I love the paella and suckling pig. They also have seasonal / daily specials.... More

We have set dinner here during the restaurant week, the place is warm and nicely decorated like an small European dining restaurant. There were four Aperitivos and I like the grilled octopus most. There were also four Pintxos, I like the spider crab & bell peppers with bacalao. The main course seafood juicy rice was also yummy. The dessert House... More

We had our firm Xmas party at Ole. I had the Seafood Paella which is one of Ole's signature dishes. The Paella was really good and worth the visit alone. Recommended.

I went to Ole in the past and loved it, but this time, I was a bit disappointed. It wasn't as good as last time. We ordered the suckling pig and we were served a bunch of bones with little meat on them. We also ordered the paella and the fideua and used the size of paellas in Spain where... More

Definitely the most amazing Spanish food you will ever try. Located on the night wild life area "Lan Kwai Fong", the restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with a wide menu basically including Spanish food. You can also find Spanish music, Mexican music and the famous "chupito" when the food is over (a shot of handmade fruit liquor). You have to... More

This restaurant has great staff and a great atmosphere. The paella was splendid and the musical accompaniments of "Guantanamera" and "La Bamba" were the metaphorical 'icing on the cake'. A fabulous Spanish wine list to boot.

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
