Having the 17 course tasting menu at Bo Innovation kicked off my visit to HK on a high note! As a chef myself, who has worked in a Michelin starred restaurant, I can appreciate the thought and exquisite detail that goes into creating such an...More

Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation in Hong Kong (now in Shanghai) is so passionate about what he does. Most will know chef Leung for his bold statements, but what speaks most loudly is his creative yet delicious food and his ability of reinvention. Bo Innovation...More

I came here for lunch with my friend who was born and raised in Hong Kong and we opted for the tasting menu (without the wine pairing). It was a truly unique experience not only because I discovered new things such as Pat Chun sweetened...More

food is average, over priced and atmosphere lacking - all disappointing. But the service is truly shocking, slow, rude and arrogant. The owner sets the tone. AVOID

One star, Michelin, would be more fitting. Not sure about that one star even. Service was not becoming a three (or even one) star restaurant. Staff walked noisily around with seemingly no purpose. Took away dishes before all had finished eating. In a friendly manner...More

Take all the things you probably know about Bo Innovation: Michelin starts, top service, a culinary experience, 100 USD or more for lunch, a 4-wine addition for 70 USD, etc. Now that's out of the way, let's get to the point: I sholdn't spend over...More
