The view is absolutely beautiful BUT getting there through the tram is something you should be ready for. Long lines to the other side of the road!!!! There is an express line which costs more but still when you go through the gate it's not really an express line since you will still have to wait for another long line... More

Lots of People, lots of stores or horeca but the main attraction is the view, and what a view it is!

This restaurant is famous for providing fantastic view of Hong Kong from the peak. The beautiful landscape and modern buildings attract many tourists to visit this restaurant. Being a resident of Hong Kong, this view is not so amazing and we seldom visit for this reason. We usually go after a leisure walk on the peak as it is convenient.... More

We popped in for a sundowner cocktail. Had a lovely table outside & all looked good. Service was very slow and barstaff not very helpful when we asked to change one ingredient of a drink. We had 5 different drinks and none of them merited the price paid. Didn't eat so can't comment on food. Took an age to get... More

Charges the premium for a high end restaurant but was unable to deliver on service. Have ordered entree of bread and escargot and pastas for main. Food tasted good but was delivered mains 2 minutes after the entrees. Food was literally plonked on the table beside us, when asked why mains were delivered so soon, they offered to keep it... More

The Peak is a place a visitor have to be. AT the Peak tram you have to wait around an half hour to get up. But its great and you can enjoy the great view over Hongkong.

Clientele in this lovely historic restaurant is exclusively tourists who have come to the "must-see" Victoria Peak. So one would expect surly service and overpriced mediocre food. But our lunch selections were excellent and the service impeccable. Hong Kong is an expensive city and prices here are in line with expectations.

This place has a great view, everything else is poor. Food quality was questionable, we ordered calamari which were over cooked, Samosa were stale. Main course was below par and service was cold. All in all a tourist trap, it survives because of its location. Won't recommend at all, better have food at one of other restaurants in area.

A definite "must visit" while visiting Hong Kong. The views are splendid. It can get a bit crowded. Best to go late afternoon so you can stay there during the sunset.

Half of the staff we encountered were very welcoming and friendly, the other half were surly. The restaurant is a fantastic building and in a great setting. Sadly the food is poor and you really pay for the setting. I had the Nasi Goreng, if you can call it that. Fried rice with rubber like king prawns. My girlfriend had... More

Description
Situated above the city overlooking Pokfulam Country Park and the South China Sea, The Peak Lookout is a Hong Kong landmark with unique character. The restaurant, having served generations of patrons including both locals and visitors, offers fine food within an elegant heritage house seeped in rich history. This Grade II historic building, typifying 'East meets West' architecture, first began offering light refreshments in 1947 and continues to serve a wide range of international dishes of exceptional quality.
