I had the pleasure of enjoying a lazy Sunday brunch at Spoon this past weekend. While Hong Kong tried to steam me alive, Spoon provided the perfect opportunity to admire it from the (air conditioned) indoors. That was the first thing that greeted me: a magnificent view of Hong Kong through the floor to ceiling windows at the restaurant. Seats... More

An expecting place to visit, the cuisine are very well. Very stylish and modern place to make all type people to have a good experience. But the decor a bit dark, its make me a bit sleepy when I waiting for the foods come. I ordered the "Discovery Menu" on that night, actually, all dishes are very tasty, especially their... More

Lamb was amazing, desserts were delicious! Service...the best! Actually! Yes it's expensive, but the best comes with a price. Really enjoyed our Sunday brunch! Will definitely treat ourselves again soon.

Overrated. Dinner was expensive, food not up to par for an Alan Ducas restaurant. Great wine list with sommelier with extensive expertise on wines of France, Italy, Spain and limited California vintages.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service and view accompanying the amazing food. The foie gras is out of this world, as was the blue lobster. The ambiance is easy going, and a bit romantic. Can't wait to go back again,

It was a wonderful experience, with delicious food! The ambiance is romantic and comfortable. The view was excellent just a little depress with the construction out at the harbor. The food was superb, definitely recommend the Soufflé for dessert. The blue lobster as main course was also excellent, we ordered from the a la cart menu but rather from the... More

Description
With its contemporary French cuisine and stunning harbour views, the 1-Michelin star and Forbes Travel Guide Five-star SPOON by Alain Ducasse is one of Hong Kong and Asia's most sought-after dining experiences. SPOON showcases a seductive menu and wine list --- all with French nuances inspired by world famous chef Alain Ducasse.

Designed by Tony Chi, SPOON has a contemporary decor with subdued earth tones and stunning views of Hong Kong Island and Victoria Harbour. Of particular note is the ceiling, which is adorned with 550 hand-blown Murano mercury glass spoons. A unique blend of textures are incorporated into the decor with a rust-coloured leather Bar, modern French provencial chairs covered in eel skin fabric at the SPOON Bar and real mink cushions adorning the banquettes . Meanwhile, soft touches in the restaurant, including the uniforms and tabletops, reflect a style which perfectly personifies French elegance.

The SPOON Private Dining Room offers an ideal setting for dinner parties for up to 14 guests. SPOON's exclusive Chef's Table, with its bird's eye view of the open kitchen in action, provides the ultimate in private dining for up to 6 guests --- with a tailor-made menu created and presented personally by SPOON Executive Chef Stephane Gortina.

Open Tuesday - Sunday for dinner and on Sundays for lunch.
