Wasn't impressed with the venue, staff or the food. Went for dinner (during Happy Hour) and entered a poorly lit venue that has seen better times. Ordered the Irish stew and although pleasant enough, the meat and vegies were drowning in a watery gravy. One...More

Great band! Absolutely enjoyed it. Nice jazz club in pub-like settings. Drinks are above average in taste and presentation and choices of beer better than most Kowloon pubs. Food is ok. You get full and happy. Clientele varies, which is cool. Expats, chinese, tourists, dates,...More

Ned Kelly’s looked interesting when we walked in. Ordered a beer which was cold and refreshing but as to the food, below average. The pie veg and mash were disappointing and the pie had obviously been microwaved, veg was raw and potato tasted like packet....More

Amazing pub, with a history of 45 years. Energetic Live Band and good selection of beer on taps. Wonderful service. My favorite pub in Hong Kong.

Both my friend and I had the "Bloody Good Curry" as described on the menu, which was bloody good ! The atmosphere at Ned Kelly's was great, as was the in-house jazz band. Everything superb, can highly recommend.

As an American, it was somewhat surreal to be singing the "Battle Hymn of the Republic" at this Hong Kong institution, with a table full of strangers - Korean, Taiwanese, Dutch, British. But they weren't strangers for long. The band is energetic and entertaining. Didn't...More

We stopped by Ned Kelly's for late night drink and were pleasantly surprised that there was a four piece jazz band with singer (on a Sunday night). There was no cover charge to enter and you're likely to be seated at a table shared with...More

Except for its name, there was nothing about Australia. Big band and Dixieland jazz were the themes; occasionally they switch to more Bossa Nova and rarely a few Samba songs. The setup was more or less the same - a bunch of old musicians mixed...More
