Good service, nice atmosphere. Food OK. Not what we expected for the high prizes. Very small portions and no dimsum for dinner. Very expensive.

Very nice decoration and very well located. The food variety is average and to be honest the prices are an excess. There are better options for that price in HKG.

Other than the fact that you need a membership to get in here, this place is worth your bucks when you have cravings for dimsum. I went here with my lady friends for lunch, and the ambiance, service, and food were all fantastic!

China Tang, I wrote a few years back, achieved perfection from food to decor through to service. The most creative and delicious dim-sum in Hong Kong were in China Tang. Not any more. They became dense and for some even tasteless. What happened? The Chef,...More

When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies
with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The
area widely known as Central is the major financial
hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up
to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open
late into the night and there just happens to be a
street party every weekend. Although everything seems
to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of
