A fusion of French fillings and traditional dim sum - some interesting options, notably the sea bass, peking duck and truffle brie dim sum. The burgerbun is also worth trying! Would recommend if you fancy tasty dim sum with a twist with quick and friendly service at a reasonable price.

The concept of dim sum with French fillings is excellent. What needs work is the dough. It is too thick.

I've been to Man Mo at leat 10 times in the past year. Everything is delicious! My favorite being the duck dumpling. Service was friendly and attentive, waiters are very nice and are always willing to recommend some dishes! The fusion of asian and french food is smartly done and something I'd never tried before. I always bring out-of-towners here.

Dropped in for a dim sum lunch - very good food and a good price. This is a very popular little restaurant - shortly after we arrived it filled up completely. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Wandering Lascar Row stalls with a visiting friend, we came across this little gem. A wonderful welcome from the staff and an interesting menu mainly full of dumplings. Sea bass with a hint of lemon was heavenly, Peking duck wrapped in a dumpling was a joy.....the list goes on (foil gras was ok). Lots of veggie options too, as well... More

Fanstastic Cantonese-French fusion, off the beaten tracks - the place is simply decorated and cozy. Service excellent. Try the kebab bun and following dumplings: brie truffe, sea bass, French pecking duck. All excellent. And the local craft beer, the IPA, not the Wit (which is average). Great selection of French wines, including by the glass at very affordable prices.

Get the truffle brie dim sum...prepare to meet the glory of god in a bite of food. Every single thing served here is from a universe where perfection is the standard. The mushroom soup with a mushroom wonton will send you to the edge of orgasm...the Nutella ball will push you over the edge into paradise. Enjoy :)

Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighborhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
