Just recently renovated, this business lounge is incredible with a fullーservice bar, relaxation area, showers, it’s just humongous. Newly designed with warm tones and ambient lighting.

Because of the usual flight leaving around Gates 2-4 (HKG to SFO), I usually frequent the Wing around Gate #2 But traveling to Bangkok, we were leaving at a further down gate and ended up at the Pier Lounge. Was pleasantly surprise about how NOT...More

This was a great lounge when it first opened but it has not really developed since then. It is nothing compared to Qantas, Emirates and BA first class lounges. The food is very average and the staff in the restaurant seem disinterested. There are some...More

“The Pier,” near gate 63 is a long walk or short train ride…one way only…after clearing security. It features a full service restaurant, free, 20 minute foot or shoulder/back massages and private, quiet day suites (dubbed “The Retreat”) with tarmac views.
