What was supposed to be a 3 family breakfast evolved into a full scale brunch due to big variety of Dim Sum choices on the menu. Food came out quick and was enjoyed by all. However there was no time to relax after the meal and "let the food go down" as the waitress politely asked us to leave as there was a long queue of waiting patrons outside on the sidewalk.

Really impressed. We had difficult finding good food in Hong Kong, as crazy as this sounds. This was a real pleasure. Would come again. Amazing dinner for 2 cost less than £30 and left me so full I couldn't walk....

Originally from hongkong definitely worth a try for this restaurant. As a local I would recommend this, especially the tasty dumplings... you should try other chinese dishes also house specialty... Don't come for CNY have a lot of people waiting outside restaurant or better take away your food.. They don't accept credit cards also all should be paid by cash :)

I was invited by a chinese friend who frequents China and Hongkong to eat at One Dim Sum because he said this is his favorite dimsum place. We really enjoyed our meal. We ordered. The steamed Glutinous Rice with Chicken wrapped on lotus leaf which we ordered was good. It was my first time to like this dish. The shrimp and leek in rice roll was just ok nothing great. The pork and prawn dumplings was good. Worth the trek from TST. The only down side is they dont sell drinks aside from their tea. So bring your own drinks.

I love this restaurant, even though the waiting time is about 1 hour. Food came super fast, but everything was so delicious and quite cheap! A huge variety of Dim Sum on the menu and everything was great. My family and I ate so much, and even managed to take some food away for dinner!

Having read about this restaurant prior to our trip, we stopped by Prince Edward station just to eat here. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. We arrived here around 5:30pm and luckily, we were able to get a seat immediately. After being seated, people started lining up outside waiting to be served. We ordered three of their dumplings and their pork buns and they all tasted delicious and authentic. My favorite was their vegetable dumplings, which is a surprise since I don't like eating veggies lol. All dishes were reasonably priced so we were satisfied with our food. I just wished that it wasn't required to order tea since we could have spent that money on other beverages. But overall, I would definitely recommend eating here.

Saw quite a lot of good reviews and we make a special trip to try it out. The Char Sui cheong fun was the only really good dim sum, the skin is thin and smooth with enough char Sui that you can actually taste. The rest is good size portion but not good quality. Har Gow skin a little thick and shrimp have no shrimp taste at all and mushy texture. Shrimp Spring Rolls is a little oily but crispy, however the fillings is soggy. Beef balls is big but mainly flours. Definitely not worth going out of the way for it.

The crazy pandemic had prevented us from coming back to HK for 3 years. My son requested to come here even before we board the plane. When we finally got here and enjoyed all our usual beef rice with egg, har gow, rice roll it was such a enjoyable experience and so reassuring that some good thing did not change (Thank God). Still good old honesst, no tricky stuff, down to earth reasonably priced dim sum. If you are a visitor, come here to enjoy some good dim sum and look at the painting on the wall and imagine what HK used to be in the 80s and 90s, bustling and fill with energy, not everyone wearing a mask and loads of empty shops.

We came here based on our friend’s recommendation. The food did not disappoint at all! The dim sum was delicious and juicy, and the famous mango pudding dessert was amazing! There were little chunks of mango on the pudding, and that was a nice surprise for us all. To top it all off, the service by the staff was truly excellent. To those who want to eat their hearts out, just remember to have enough HK dollars on hand because they don’t take card payment.

This is a casual Dim sum place near Prince Edward metro station. Busy, dynamic, down-to earth atmosphere with lots of delicious choices to choose from. I chose the fried shrimp bean curd rolls, steamed BBQ pork buns, steamed beef stomach sheets, steamed beef balls, and boiled Chinese vegetables. The steamed beef balls were a bit too raw for my taste, but the rest was delicious. Service also fast, only downside none of the waitresses spoke English. Prices are very reasonable, about 30$ HKD per dish on average. Recommended!

There is a newly opened dim sum shop in Bai Fa Street. It is from Prince Edward to open a branch in Central. 📍Location: Near Exit C of Hong Kong Station, up Kolin Street, opposite Cookie DPT. 🏠Environment: Light-colored wooden facade, with bars on the left and right sides of the room. On the left is a large glass window 🪟bar, on the right is a nature wallpaper bar, and in the middle is the ordering station. Since today is the first day of the new opening, the door is full of flower cards. 🤵🏻Service: We place orders manually and charge 1%. 🍽️Lunch market: Next to the shop is a factory building in Central, so the dim sum is freshly made by hand. It mainly provides takeaway, and there are insulated bags to keep it hot. 🥢Thin-skinned fresh 🍤prawn dumplings🥟(2 pieces) $22 The crystal-clear dumpling skin is wrapped with 🍤shrimp and 🐖pork fillings. The skin is thin and the fillings are delicious😋! 🥢Steamed Crab Siomai (2 pieces) $20 The siomai is large 😍, the filling is firm, the texture is chewy, and there is a lot of 🦐 shrimp meat inside that makes it easy to highlight the freshness and sweetness 😋! 🥢Guinea fowl with abundant ingredients🐓 (2 pieces) $32 😚I haven’t had this snack for a long time, but the portion is a bit small and the texture is soft and glutinous, which reminds me of memories😌. 🥢Curry Squid $33 The curry squid is delicious🤤, chewy and smooth😍!

Little canteen with some very good and cheap local dumplings. The best food we have had in Hong Kong so far... And also the cheapest. Would definitely recommend. Lady who works there invited us to try her special dish - just being friendly. Everything was very good, even I'm not sure some dishes like chicken feet (I liked it!) would be for everyone.:):):) I would come back again anytime. But bring some cash- this place doesn't accept cards!

We had a day in Hong Kong with a flight layover & my son said "I just want dim sum". So I did some quick research, found this place & we were all THRILLED with the dim sum. It felt like a 100% locals place & it was inexpensive & excellent (3 of us eating A LOT of dim sum was about $40 USD). All of the traditional dim sum items were available & they automatically bring a pot of hot tea to the table. We'll seek this place out again the next time we're in Hong Kong.

I came here 10 years ago and could still remember it was so awesome 10 years back. Now it was so disappointing. None of the 7-8 items that we have ordered are nice except for maybe the congee. The rice rolls & lotus leaf rice are so hard & dry I think I can get so much better street dimsum in Singapore. Hargow has big shrimps, but the skin is so thick it is unpalatable. Pan-fried turnip cake is also very ordinary. I did not like everything that I have ordered. I am so sad after the dinner as I came all the way here. Only thing is that it is not expensive for the big portions but what is the point?

I couldn't go there for a while because of COVID, but I was able to visit again for the first time in about 10 years. It's easy to get to, less than a 5-minute walk from the subway. 001 Stir-fried vegetables, 011 Shrimp dumplings, 028 Rice wrapped in leaves I recommend them. Even children can eat them, and they love them It was so delicious that I went two days in a row. If you order and say you want to take it home, they will give you a plastic container. It's cheap, delicious, and recommended.
