Blue Vanilla ($38) . 最近天氣開始變熱☀️,但望到咁靚嘅藍色😍,真係即刻涼透心💦! . 但試味嘅時候發現 Holly Brown 隻隻雪糕,食落都係焦糖爆谷味😅。

Time to kill reveals a Gelaterie/coffee house with all the usual suspects. Nice ambiance and somewhere I'd come again.

Holly brown used to be a local Australian influenced cafe that has gone from boutique to mainstream (aka chain operation). The coffee remains as good, however customer services are not, I am perplexed by the evidentiary lack of passion and attention to detail by staff during my last visit. In this regard, Starbucks may have done better on service front.... More

We ordered the Rouge Symphonie Danish Toast. The combination of the gelato with the Danish Toast was excellent. The gelato itself wouldn't be too sweet and it mixed well with the Danish Toast. Their mint mocha was just nice for me. This shop seems to be lack of manpower. You might need to wait longer for your food to be... More

The range of ice cream flavours are very limited. Overpriced for the amount you get. They serve coffees as well. They have indoor seating. Staff are very unfriendly .

I found the range of ice-cream is limited but they were tasty. This is literally a coffee-shop and the menu is a typical/predictable one.

We stayed at the Hyatt at TST. This place is so conveniently located next to the front entrance. The coffee is of high standard  and staffs really took care of us. Definitely recommend this to our friends back home.

What i know about Holly Brown is its gelato, i've had a cup with friends before and recently i had one with my boyfriend. can't say it's innovative by putting berries and other toppings into gelato, but the scoop itself is not bad, the texture is in between soft and hard, fruits were not that frozen that won a credit.... We were looking for great coffee and we found it. The piccolo late was just as my husband likes his coffee, I had a cappuccino which was like a really good flat white in NZ. The croissant was absolutely appalling though, but another day I had a cup of earl grey which was delightful, it came without milk but that's... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
