The drinks were good, the food was nice and fast too! service was average, price was high-ish. Classing looking joint - worth a try.

This place is very relaxed, chilled and over looks the LKF strip. The drinks are well priced and if you get in early you can get a spot over looking the street and people watch with no problems, things get interesting as the night goes on.

Its a multi level bar in the LKF lanes of Hong Kong! Has a good selection of wine and looks good as well. Biggest issue of this place is the food. It is a bar and its understood that the food won't be that good but this was below average food. The manager did offer us a round of shots... More

This bistro is located in the center of LFK, perfect t to enjoy and view but be semi removed from the chaos, by being on the second floor with windows. Service was very good and environment was upbeat. Stop by for a drink at least.

It was time to have lunch and we walked right into Lux, Bar and Tapas. Right on the corner overlooking a crossing of streets. They have a nice little lunch menu and very friendly staff. We guess that in the evening it can be packed. However they also have a upper floor.

This is a nice cocktail bar that has some promo's running lately. We went for early evening 3 x tapas & a bottle of wine for $420. It was good early evening food in a semi open atmosphere with open views onto the busy street below. most of the downstairs tables were occupied - so think not a bad choice... More

Small bar cum resto in LKF. Decent foods but drinks could be improved. Located in the well known LKF area, however other bar/resto in the area offering the same service and ambiance. The server could be more customer friendly.

Right in the heart of LKF. Best view of what's happening on street level. Great drinks menu, really good bar food, extremely friendly staff and an amazing DJ made for the perfect night out

Smack in the middle of LKF, Lux offers an interesting venue to witness the mayhem. The food is OK, but you don't come to the main drag for excellent food. The service is excellent and the decoration and ambience are very good.

Located in famous Lan Kwai Fong (LKF) Lux is a really cool bar with an outstanding DJ named "JD," that will play anything that you ask within minutes. One of the great things about Lux is that the entrance is not on the main strip so you avoid the thousand of smokers who fill the center of the street. Great... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
