I enjoyed all the dishes at le souk, most were solid and a few stood out as particularly good, namely the roasted fig salad and the sardines (both appetizers) We started with the mezze platter, fine but needed a bit more spice. The tangines were nice as was the paella. We ordered several jugs of sangria for the table, fairly... More

This Middle East food restaurant which is a uniqueness one so far i tried in Hong Kong. Many Delicious choices, but the one most i like is Lebanese Hommos with pita bread, the pita bread is still hot when served and the taste of the Hommos is fantastic. And their Seafood Tagine is yummy yummy, our friends all love it... More

Tried Le Souk for the first time for a relaxed Sunday evening meal. It was busy, even though we were there quite early the evening. As it is quite a small restaurant, table space is quite limited, but that doesn't detract from the experience. The wait staff were alert and attentive, and both the menu and wine lists provided a... One of our go to restaurants in Hong Kong and never been disappointed. We are never too ambitious on our choice of food, but the dishes that come out of the kitchen all look tasty and good sized portions. The house Rioja is also very good. Friendly staff and even on the quieter days of the week there is a... More

I had one night to layover in Hong Kong and had been to HK before. I stumbled upon Le Souk and ended up spending hours there dining in a fabulous atmosphere and meeting new friends. The decor is superb! Of course more important was the delicious food! Needing to escape Asian cuisine and being vegetarian, I couldn't have found a... More

Le Souk is a valid choice for a different Friday or Saturday night. Middle East and Mediterranean food is amazing, the place is very cosy and the owner with his collaborators is very friendly and welcoming. If the place is full don't worry! They will redirect you to the other place they own nearby!

We were hungry and so we directed ourselves into our preferred area around the Hollywood road. The places we had chosen were packed and so we ended in Le Souk not because it was a primary choice but being located in a quieter zone at the end (or beginning?) of Saunders Street we found this restaurant rather cosy and they... Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
