A great experience from start to finish. From the moment you set foot in reception, you are greeted wonderfully and guided to the lifts. On the other side, Sharen, a wonderful hostess looked after us throughout the evening. She took us outside at our request,...making sure we were sheltered from the wind and kept us warm with the overhead heating. I told her I had wanted to book the Burger and Lobster diner but it wasn’t available when I reserved for the Ozone Bar. She immediately sorted it out and found us a great table. We had a few cocktails before dinner and they were delicious. My other half is fussy with his “Manhattan” and according to him, his was perfect. During dinner, we were looked after by Ricky. He was extremely attentive, very knowledgeable and offered us great advice on the food which didn’t disappoint. It was simply divine. The whole team made us feel very special, from the Turkish manager (sorry I forgot your name) to the Chef and waiters. They treated us to chocolate and a mini cocktail which was the perfect end to a perfect evening. Thanks again to all and to Sharen and Ricky in particular.More

自己係19年嘅時候曾經到訪倫敦嘅Burger & Lobster，超級懷念個個trip 特別係食到嘅美食(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) 今次佢哋同Ritz Carlton 嘅Rooftop bar Ozone合作搞pop-up，搞到我都好想食返餐回味下，即刻預約咗到訪🇬🇧😛 今次同朋友嗌嘅係THE SHARING COMBO ($848) Classic whole lobster可以揀grilled或者steamed，自己食落去龍蝦都算爽彈，而且烤完都唔會好乾，食得出係新鮮龍蝦🦞但係就略嫌淡口咗啲，真係要加返佢哋個Signature lemon and garlic butter先夠💛 Mayfair burger 揀咗medium，個火喉掌握得啱啱好～食落都算juicy有牛味，食晒成個都唔會好膩🍔 佢哋嘅招牌Lobster roll嘅龍蝦肉份量都好慷慨，本身用咗啲蛋黃醬調味，食落都幾清新🌿自己最鍾意就係佢哋個 toast brioche roll，佢個麵包夠厚身，外面烘過微暖，咬落去好鬆軟🤤 呢個嘅薯條係幼身薯條，薯味唔算好出🍟sides嘅salad就用咗mesclun，加埋黑醋同芝士調味，sautéed mushroom同garlic spinach都炒得幾香😛 整體來講，呢到嘅食物都係偏清新路線，所有嘢都唔會好heavy，賣嘅主要都係食食材嘅味道🤪Ozone位於118/F，環境好開揚，可惜嘅係餐廳座椅比較矮，基本上一定要行出去先可以將成個維港收入眼簾👀服務一開頭溝通上唔係幾好，不過見店員都算係努力跟進，拉返勻就正正常常👾Pop-up淨係做到3/18，自己覺得miss咗唔會可惜，但係想念倫敦嘅朋友，或者係慕名一試都可以嘅🇬🇧 P.S. thanks Becky for helping us contact the staff about the...mess. We understood there was a miscommunication between the PR team and the Ozone and she helped us deal with the corresponding team. Hope such a mistake would not be observed again in Ritz Carlton as a top-tier hotel in HK.More

Excellent service and friendly attitude by Steven & Ewan at outdoor terrace on 26/2. Due to cold wind, they provide thick wool blankets. Fantastic views of HK at 118 floor with good mix of crowd from hotel, working types, locals, tourists. A nice view does...not make bar/restaurant great, it needs good hospitality that comes from the heart. Vibes inside is good with new-age fusion design as both managers Alana and Ilhan are friendly, kind and customer-centric. Bartender Joe also does great unique cocktails especially for the ladies or men who are young at heart. Prices are decent with a slight 10-20% premium for the high standards plus being 418m above. This is Ritz Carlton anyway. Overall experience is above 5 star hotels of other places. Keep up the good work !More

As an ambassador member of Marriott for over 5 years and after having many great experiences at ozone, the manager Ilhan is rude, unfriendly and zero customer service. His attitude is no to everything and does nothing to help. He is totally incompetent at his...job and walks around thinking he is important and does nothing. I have never been treated so badly in any Marriott globally as I have by this manager. I really recommend to avoid ozone. However Lincoln is excellent at ozone and the total opposite and nothing too much trouble and care about the guest experience. A very positive attitude and the complete opposite of the other guy . The experience has put me off Marriott properties quite a lot.More

Had a dinner in a "jungle" in the sky here at < Ozone > in the highest bar in the world! They're currently offering a Luminous Jungle Menu ($588pp) all week long featuring dishes inspired by South American and Japanese cuisines. Appetizers were so-so but...mains were nice - we all loved the [ Picanha steak ] - and portions were just right. We actually came on a Friday night for the menu, but not until we sat down did we realise another menu was served that night, the Jungle Beat Weekend Menu ($888pp). Their website only shows the $588 menu though, even now. Anyway, the servers explained that on friday's and saturday's, this weekend menu would be served. Hmmm. The main difference between the two menus is that the weekend one features a free-flow drinks package, as well as live performances. We don't drink anyway so we requested that we stayed with the regular menu. After a little bit of mess, we finally settled for the weekend menu, but with free-flow mocktails and juices. (We didn't have much of a choice anyway. :/) The night didn't start out great, but we managed to enjoy it. Shoutout to Becky for the special arrangement and taking extra care for us. Vibes were absolutely great, with tropical music in the background. First time coming after a long time away from COVID-19. But must be very disappointed unlike the original bar that used to serve on this time, I sat and watched the crazy show. Music is like playing from a mobile phone. The DJ is not...professional at all. It doesn't fit as a bar in a five-star hotel.More

Few places in the world can rival this unique and memorable rooftop bar. I've been visiting the Ozone for almost three years, and every time, I've walked away happy and satisfied with the service, atmosphere, food, and drinks. Given the fantastic view over victoria harbor,...the price is very reasonable. They don't charge extra for seats with good view. Service is always attentive, personal, and all-around wonderful, exceeding even the Ritz Carlton standard. The staff take wonderful photos and always greet you with a smile. Most will offer you a card at the night's end so you can make reservations and requests directly. Make sure to try the molten lava chocolate cake and the roast pineapple with vanilla ice cream. The cake is a superb execution of a classic dessert, and the pineapple is an exotic and novel creation that is not found often. Their cheese plate is also a great accompaniment to any of their cocktails or wines. The one thing to beware of is that the bar can get quite crowded on weekends and holidays, given its popularity with local business people and tourists alike, so definitely call ahead to ensure the venue on the night suits your needs. Also, check the forecast before visiting. Foggy and rainy days are best avoided if you are looking for a good view.More

Unbeatable harbour view for drinks and gathering, the food was nice too. Very nice services by Becky at Ozone at the Boxing Day, friendly with smile. We had enjoyable night. Sure will come back again.

We have our anniversary dinner at Ozone. Staffs are helpful and food are nice. We had a good time spent in ozone.
