We ate at the Bistro everyday for a week for the Breakfast buffet . A wide range of food that was consistently good. Lisa , a woman that works there, was so nice , helpful, and friendly! We would recommend dining at the Bistro.

Have been to this place several times, every time the quality of food and service is excellent. Would definitely recommend to others. We usually go for lunch buffets, it offers diverse cuisines to meet the palate. Choices of desserts are also great.

All in all a good stay. The location was soo good that it was easy to get anywhere within a short span of time. The MTR was just downstairs and was super efficient.

This bistro has an amazing array of food & a very friendly & attentive hostess, Lisa, who remembered our egg & coffee preferences each day & enquired each morning as to our activities from the previous day & plans for the day

My former university classmate suggested us to go to this hotel for afternoon tea, as she had got a 75% discount off at Groupon. So we went around the middle of August. We ended up paying for $173 per person. To our delight, there was a wide selection of afternoon tea in the buffet. Main courses, seafood such as salmon... More

Enjoyed the variety of food offered. Especially like the automatic pancake machine! Quality of food is value for money - for the price you paid. The mini deep fried Chinese donut is a great idea to go with congee. No one want to fill your stomach with just one item! Would come back again!

Buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and service staff brilliant. Only criticism is that you shouldn't serve a dish and call it by its name if it's not anywhere near authentic- chef your Indian chefs food quality for a hotel in Hong Kong is pretty embarrassingly -you may wish to outsource this part of the offering and replace the Indian... We overnighted here on a business trip and dropped in for a drink before heading to our rooms. Service was good, and with the happy hour pricing, the cost was reasonable for Hong Kong. There was live entertainment and free peanuts to munch. Overall, not a bad experience - a good choice for a nightcap.

The Golden Mile refers to Nathan Road on Kowloon, which is packed with shops. Shopping seems to be a major form of recreation in Hong Kong. We found the Bistro to have fine food. We dined there several times. The food is mostly Western. If you are a guest in the hotel, tell the staff, they will almost certainly be... More
