This restaurant is a ripoff, they charged us 40 USD for broccoli with tiny and most sadly sliced FROZEN scallops. They claimed that the broccoli was imported which was the reason why they charged such a high price. Such a terrible excuse and service. Never...More

A former one-star Michelin Chinese restaurant, Tim's Kitchen still offers high quality dishes. We loved the crab meat fried rice, mango pudding, wagyu beef with asparagus, fried mushroom (akin to onions' texture) with dried prawns, and sauteed broccoli with garlic. The bill was almost hkd900...More

Traditinal Chinese dishes are offered at Tim's. Nice variety and flavors. Restaurant is beautifully decorated, ask for a window table if you want a street view. Service is efficient and prompt. The overall environment has an upscale feel to it but many diners are casually...More

Decent food, but many of the popular dishes were sold out on a non busy Saturday evening while others had to be preordered. Service is not rude but not particularly switched on or welcoming. The tablecloth, napkins and dinnerware are not as nice as you...More

We visited the restaurant on Mother's Day 2017. Food is decent but we are extremely disappointed with the service. First, no one informed us when we booked the restaurant that we had to order some of the dishes in advance. So we were left with...More

Tasty higher-end Dim Sum lunch for myself, my Wife and teenage daughter. We stayed away from some of the more exotic local specialities and went with known dishes. Good roasted meats (duck and belly pork were very tasty). Fried Carrot cake and rice cake (Chee...More

I ate here with a group of colleagues. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We tried over 10 dishes and they were great. I would happily return.

We like coming here for dim sum on Sundays where we can always get a table, unlike other yum cha places. The dim sum is very good and the place is relatively quiet. In late February we came for dinner with friends and ordered the...More

Snake meat in rich stock, yummy, it is costly but it is worth it. As for other Cantonese dishes. They are fine and good. Any dish is up to good standard. But please do not order shark fin for nature's sake

A little pricey but you get pretty good food. There are also some unique dishes on the menu which can break up the standard dim sum routine.

This an outstanding restaurant serving classical Cantonese cooking. It's the only resatuarant other than Kow Kee(for Beef noodles) that I insist my visitors eat at. Recently awarded a Michelin star.
