During my recent visit to Hong Kong, I was invited by my friend to dine at this wonderful restaurant which specializes in Cantonese cuisine, as the name Yué implies. The restaurant is very spacious. My friend made a reservation and we were given a lovely table for 4, even there were only 2 of us. The ambiance was charming and... More

It has 1 Michelin star, which is well deserved. Food quality is super, really appreciate the skilled cooking and fresh ingredients. Service is attentive. Price is a higher than average restaurant but it's worth it

Been here for a few occasions with out of town colleagues for lunch . Very affordable yet different dim sum restaurant, one of these places where after the bill you can tell your guests that they just ate at one of the cheapest Michelin restaurants in the world. Solid quality, some innovative dishes, more upscale environment whilst remaining noisy as... More

First time to have dinner at Yue and we found the food & service standard were pretty good, and the price is reasonable for a 4-star hotel. However, they should have the improvement of the cleanliness as we saw some stain on the edge of teapot’s cover.

Friendly staff with spacious setting. Food is great and the must try is the groupa on 3 layers of egg white (white, green and red).

Did dinner here-- the food quality certainly justifies their Michelin star rating. Wasn't disappointed. Definite repeat value.

This was my 2nd time dining at Yue Hong Kong and the standard of the food was still commendable. Service level was average. It was not a very cheap experience (about S$60 per pax) but the "lai tong" soup was very good. Will return to dine there when I next visit Hong Kong.

The restaurant is nicely decorated, simple but elegant. The place are very commodious with tables separated with lot of space. Service is good with waitresses change clean plates very often. We had ordered the signature dishes: Seared star garoupa fillet with fish maw on egg white with truffle sauce, Double-boiled almond soup with fish maw and pork tendon, The Smoked... More

Short walk from Fortress Hill MTR station Exit B you will find a fantastic place for lunch. Outstanding Dim Sum! Barbecued pork, wagyu beef cubes, chicken, shrimp, steamed rice rolls , steamed barbecued pork buns, vegetables and so much more. Great menu. Friendly staff make this a great place for family dinners. Very good value as well.
