The place has a nice exclusive feel due to it's small space and rather hidden corner (the door can be missed easily in the Lamdmark mall) in the busy district of Central. However, its service is not up to par with many nicer bars in...More
After a novel entry to Dr Ferns Gin parlour, we found a comfortable spot to sit and savour an array of Gin from all over the world. We found the drinks very expensive at around $30 AUD per drink. If you love Gin then it's...More
Well hidden in huge shopping mall, but a great find.
Excellent advice about all the different gin based cocktails you’re able to drink here; staff is dressed up as medical assistents. After all, this is Dr. Robben Fern. They have an excellent selection, amongst them...More
Wow - what an amazing find! This is my kind of heaven - solely dedicated to the love of gin. There is a fabulous menu of gins on offer and we had a really interesting talk with one of the guys about various gins.
Impressed by the gigantic gin supply, but no danger, the menu is explanatory. The bar is cool and intimate with comfortable old fashioned chairs.Like all speakeasy bars not quie easy to find. A little in the most expensive team pulls down the final grade.

There was a line getting into the place, but since we went all the way, we waited the 45 mins it took for us to go inside. The decor of the place is really inviting, with a mixture of comfy chairs and benches, and a...More
This is a nice place to give yourself a treat and relax in a good edgy fun ambience. Be prepared to spend and yet find your drink does not have enough gin but generally tastes new and different in a good way. As a person...More
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of
quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
