We took a tour and they stopped at this restaurant for lunch. I thought the food was just okay nothing special. The restaurant itself is huge, but we didn't get a chance to explore much except the outside. Great view over the water though.

We went to have dinner at this famous Hong Kong must do restaurant. The view and the location is so beautiful with the restaurant being so big and spacious. There were lots of food choices. We chose to have few dishes. But, the prices are very very expensive. I couldn't believe how expensive food were in Hong Kong. We weren't... More

Taking a short boat ride to the restaurant is part of the experience, you can find chinnese food you can eat in America, sweet and sour, char siu, fried rice. Cocktails are good !! A lot of tourists having dinner.

Having eaten here many years ago where we enjoyed a sampler meal we were disappointed to find that the Jumbo had totally changed. It is now an expensive restaurant and not great food. We had a seafood platter for 2 which was very disappointing. Prawns were OK to start with. Crab to follow had virtually no meat on the claws... More

We went for for dinner as part of a HK Island package (cruise, dinner and views). The main thing though for us was to have the classic Jumbo experience and see the spectacular extravagant night lights. Aberdeen isn't what it once was 30 years ago; there are fewer floating restaurants, junks and 'boat people'. However it is still worth the... More

The famed Jumbo Kingdom Floating Restaurant was truly overrated and not up to its reputation. Food was so so and lukewarm. Service was cursory at best and was a disappointment. The restaurant was probably just good for picture taking for a memorable visit for not for dining as there are many good restaurants in Hong Kong serving better food.

We went to the restaurant, which is apparently different from the buffet. They charged us (per person) to enter. They brought 3 sauces to the table and charged for each. They brought 3 glasses of water and charged for each. We paid $150 USD for a bowl of fried rice and soup. Maybe they saw foreigners as dollar signs. NEVER... More

We liked this place for a long lunch with friends. You take a small Chinese junk out a few hundred feet to a larger junk (looks like a Chinese Cruise Ship). Unusual Chinese food for us (we're from San Francisco). Lots of organ meats... we had very nice dim sum. Very pleasant.

We went with a tour where lunch at this restaurant was provided. We had a smorgasbord of different foods. You can only access this restaurant by boat. The food was good and I would recommend it while in hong kong
