This was a very unique experience, glad that I tried it. It was not traditional share plates style but one plate at the time. We ordered the gourmet tasting menu that includes a glass of wine. The wine was a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, about 11 USD bottle of wine in a USA store. All dishes were excellent.... More

This restaurant OMG it's delicious! The service is of course great and the food is extremely tasty. We loved avert second and our waiter was so nice too. We actually chose the food for us which was great. If you fancy a treat look no more this restaurant is extraordinary! We can't wait to be back. Go for the wagyu... More

The atmosphere is good the staff are good the food is terrible and so expensive. The only enjoyed item was the wine and tea. The food was served individually and in a Japanese style. The portions were small, the taste terrible the worst being the fake sharks fin soup. The only good part of the meal was that someone else... More

We tried the dinner full tasting menu, which included most of the signature dishes such as crab shell, wagyu beef, steam lobster and Matsuitaki mushroom soup. We enjoyed the tastes, presentation, food quality, ambience and service. The value considering the above was excellent as well. We certainly like to return to try the other dishes.

Ming Court is one of the few Michelin Chinese restaurant that wins my vote as always. I usually took lunch there instead of dinner and dim sum is the spirit of the meal. The fried rice cake carries a traditional taste of frying wok even though it comes in small slices. This time I tried also the Chinese sauce special... More

No culinary acrobatics here - just applying world-class basics of superb technique (with appropriate Western influences) on very carefully selected ingredients. Kind of a fusion between Cantonese dishes and French technique (not to be confused with "fusion" where the dishes are like genetic engineering). It really highlights the subtleness and refinement of the Cantonese cuisine. Definitively not a 3-star (doesn't... More

In the Langham Place, you feel immediately the refined atmosphere of this restaurant. It deserves its Michelin star and rating. The staff is very attentive to customer satisfaction and helps you choose the adequate food and wine. I will definitely go back on my next trip to HK.

As a group of six staying in the Cordis Hotel, where this beautifully elegant restaurant is located, we dug deep in our pockets for superb Cantonese food. It took us quite some time to decide on our dishes from a very strong menu. Every course was beautifully presented, and full of lovely flavours and textures. The Beijing Duck compromised 2... More

Wanted to treat my wife for a weekend getaway to Hong Kong and a restaurant that's known for its food. This place does not disappoint one bit. It's a 2 star Michelin rated place with authentic and chef interpreted Chinese meals that's totally fabulous. We went for the 6 course degustation.
