We had the pleasure of treating ourselves to a wonderful experience here. The service was outstanding the staff didn't miss a beat, they seemed like a well oiled machine knowing what each one had to do when. The wine list was one of the better ones I have seen in HongKong. One of our group was a vegetarian and the... More

Get to know of Ming Court after I booked a room at Cordis Hotel. Located at Cordis Hotel (Used to be Langham Hotel), this 2 michelin star chinese restaurant is rather affordable. (Michelin star restaurants are not cheap in Singapore) I tried the Michelin degustation menu at HK$1088 per pax (minimum 2 pax). 1) Ming Court Deluxe appetiser: Abalone, BBQ... More

We had dinner there on the first night in Hong Kong. The two dishes of live seafoods were excellent and others were very good. All in all, the dishes ordered were very satisfactory but there are a few better places.

The second time we have eaten here and the food is still amazing. The service matches the food. Highly recommend if you want a quality meal,

Had dim sum lunch here during our stay at the hotel.. Nothing really special, to be honest. Average quality of food.. However, what I'm angry about is our little request to add carrots or some form of veggie into the fish congee for our sick baby was turned down flatly ... Reason being: "it doesn't match" .. our baby was... More

Went there because of the two stars, but I missed the great feeling of eating a special place. I can not put the finger on some particular points. Could it be the lokal family with small children having saturday dinner at the next table? Could it be the noisy group of young people, dressed for the pup? Anyway the food... More

Had a corporate lunch for 50 + persons in the function room not the main restaurant. Service was patchy and inelegant - - waiter reaching across the table or customer to serve. understaffed for a 2 star Michelin Restaurant. It's gold signature fried rice was poor as it was bland Overall average and saved by its silver signature fried fish... More

This is an excellent Chinese restaurant. High class with very professional and attentive service. Food was extremely tasty and well presented, though I would change order in which dishes are served for the wow factor. The cod should be served last - delicious!

This a Chinese restaurant in Cordis Hotel in Mong Kok area. It got 2-Michelin star recently. I have to say that it's good but not significantly better than other great Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Chinese restaurants' standards in HK is very high so this raises question of Michelin's authority to award non-European restaurants with its stars. Try dim sum... More

Whilst staying in the Cordis hotel I discovered the Ming Court restaurant has in fact two Michelin stars.. We took advantage and had an excellent dinner with great service. Dishes included a gold-leave covered amuse, truffle tea, see-cucumber (which this time I liked) and three preparations of shrimp. The menu included a glas of wine. To European standards it was...
