We are the first in the dining hall for dinner at 5:15am. It was a huge Restuarant with many tables. I Guess they cater more towards the larger crowd during lunch for Dim Sum. Chinese dishes are good and presentation is alright. Love the steam fish meat on fish stomach dish. It is not tough but chewy. Taste great without... More

Located on a 4th floor, this is a quite large and spacious restaurant serving variety of Chinese food. Their dim sum is decent, we did like it. Sweets are very good too, especially mango pudding, try it you won't regret.

Visited with a group of about 10 colleagues for a weekday lunch. It is chaotic and full of people pushing and shoving to get to the bamboo baskets. Food is fine (best to order/retrieve a selection of the most common dim sum), but I prefer the atmosphere and ambiance at other establishments. A little difficult to initially locate but it... More

Went here for a Friday lunch and really enjoyed it! Very authentic dishes on offer and at a good price for Hong Kong. The restaurant was very full so the ambience was awesome. It would be worthwhile booking ahead if you don't want to wait for a table. Make sure you have the Dim Sum- I think one of the... More

Coming from Taiwan, I was amazed and also perplexed that the Dimsum in HK is like 100x better than the ones in Taiwan. Granted Dimsum is HK's specialty, Taiwan should not be far behind but I was wrong. This is the type of Dimsum I've been craving for years. I've also lived in Boston in New York and they also... I love to go there to enjoy their busy lunch ambiance! Like most of chinese restaurants, no window here. And try to reach the place before 12:30pm if you don't want to wait. Formica or wooden tables with white tableclothes, cantonese ladies pushing trolleys with dim sum specialities, a central area where cookers prepare other dishes, a menu to order... More

On 13 Mar 2016, woke up early. Decided to walk through Pacific Place, crossed the bridge to Queensway where United Centre (统一中心) is located. Took the escalator to Level 4 Metropol Restaurant. Nearest MTR is Admiralty (Please use United Centre Exit). Restaurant used push cart to serve traditional dim sum. Clean restaurant. Food acceptable. Service a little slow.

I have been to this restaurant before, and I knew what to expect, but it just didn't work this time. We arrived around 1.40 pm, were shunted to one of the side rooms. One cart of dim sum was available, we located another in the main melee, but thereafter there was nothing available to eat. We ordered Fukien seafood fried... More
