While the spread was really good, hubby and I had terrible food poisoning ... mine lasted 3 whole miserable days. Response from Hotel Duty Manager was a disgrace to the Pullman name.

The staff always remember me when I arrive. It's like they know I'm coming ! Whilst the menu doesn't change, they are always prepared to take my off menu or de-constructed order requests. Very attentive and anticipating.

If you are very hungry this is the place to be. The buffet is really huge with different styles of food. If not so hungry the dishes served in the menu are good. Sometimes a little noisy.

Taste was just average. The shrimps were mushy and heads were not quite attached. However, there were different flavors of the homemade ice cream and it was worth trying.

My husband and I ate here on our first morning in Hong Kong. It was ok but nothing to write home about and certainly not worth the cost in my opinion. We did not go back
