Probably least exciting Indian style of food ever. No authentic taste and they had even managed to burn the basmati rice. Based on our experience the worst food here in Discovery Bay. Worst part is that the food was quite expensive so we had higher expectations. Will not go back.

When we arrived in Hong Kong we went for an Indian Curry and had mixed drinks - wonderful! But called in again, just before happy hour for a drink; and was surprised to find my mixed drink was pretty much all coke. No I didn't complain as I had been out for the day and was too tired to do... More

We ate twice, lunch and breakfast, at McSorleys in The Venetian Macao.. Great food, drinks, prices satisfactory. As usual drinks more expensive all through HK and Macao...Friendly staff, atmosphere great if you want to have some European food and get away from the Asian style.

The fantastic thing about this place is the Wednesday Curry Buffet. THE food to eat in DB every Wed! All you can eat, great taste, flavor, good service! What more do you need - oh and the Drinks - traditional pub drinks - cool!

I ordered a takeaway this evening from the discovery Bay outlet and was totally disappointed. The rogan josh just consisted of lamb in a bland gravy, not a single onion or pepper. The spinach side was also tasteless. The garlic naan however was good.

McSorley's makes itself out to be a good Brit style pup. compared to others in HK it does a reasonable job. Where it excels is in its Indian food offerings. The Indian curries and other food options are excellent. Better than some other more expensive dedicated Indian eateries I've tried on HK Island and Kowloon. You can sit inside and... More

We came here for dinner after a relatively long day. I had the steak and Guinness pie which was good - nothing at all to write home about, but very tasty and homely - prime comfort food, I think! Decor is very good, staff are efficient (though not particularly friendly, but that's common in Hong Kong) and the beers are... More

Fab bar food. Great burgers, appetisers, salads, kids menu and we even enjoy the very popular Indian buffet on Wednesday evenings in DB when visiting friends. Service in DB can be slow when a busy Friday night and I really wish they could make a good dessert as I have given up ordering something sweet at the end of my... More

I used to go to Mc Sorley's Ale House which is situated in the Venetian in Macau when we lived there and by and large the food was reasonable and service attentive. We moved back to Hong Kong in 2012 and lived in Discovery Bay where there is a Mc Sorley's Ale House. Progressively over the last two years the... More
