I did not know how many michelins this restaurant had when i walked it but it was a great meal that i will remember. Food was very well presented and delicious. The peking duck was divine. Service was attentive without being too invasive and the ambiance of the place was great. Langham hotel has a particular smell that i like... More

We had brunch there before departing for the Airport. There are so many dim sum dishes with unusual fillings as well as typical ones. We mixed our orders with both kinds. They were very good but not exceptional. Definitely not the 3 starred rating they received.

Had lunch there but I had to book 10 days in advance and even then got the 2pm slot for lunch This is the latest restaurant w the Michelin 3 star restaurant We had the soup of the day, suckling pig and roast duck combination, roast pigeon and vegetables. Also had the wagyu beef fried rice. Would recommend the friend... More

Having read many adverse reviews I was concerned. I was pleasantly surprised. The waitering staff were attentive, topping up tea and explaining the dishes. The food was quintessential Cantonese, so those looking for fusion or experimental Chinese cuisine would have unrealistic expectations. Amuse bouche was served. The suckling pig was excellent with minimal fat. So was the salted crispy chicken,... More

Last night in Hing Kong and a typhoon outside so we chose to eat where we had Ben staying, at the Langham. So glad we did, we had the suggested set. 5 courses, all very delicious! Amusee bouche, to start, then the entree included jellyfish - which I tried but don't need to try again - but that's not the... More

Our 2nd visit at T'ang Court and we were even more impressed with T'ang Court. We ordered rice flour rolls, turnip rolls, baked BBQ pork buns and a Peking duck. A little too much food for 2 people but the foods were great. Serving staffs were great and efficient. Definitely will go back again next time we are in HK.

If Trip Advisor allowed half stars, then this would be 3.5 stars from us for a nice, but not exceptional, lunch. We expected a wider range of dim sum than was on offer, and the abalone pastries we took were ruined, for us, by being served in sweet pastry shells. Worth mentioning were the pomelo skins with shrimp roe sauce... More

Just came back here in 2 days before. I really don't know why Michelin ranked 3 stars to this restaurant. I've tried almost restaurants in this hotel, and Michelin Star restaurants (Chinese style) in Hong Kong. My comment : - Food quality : So so. Better taste could be found in almost Chinese restaurants of Hotels in Hong Kong. Even... More

There are adverse comments on this restaurant mainly due to it being Michelin 3-star, and while Michelin rating of Chinese food is a joke to me, the food here is good. Yes on Michelin standard when food must be 'innovative' (even funny), and this restaurant is too large ( it was busy before Michelin) for intimate service, its food is... More
