Divino has always been a nice place to meet people that are regulars there or to bring new friends to make the place known to them....Staff readiness very good and manager Giulio always ready to say hello to people, make yourself at home and crack a joke together.....A nice place to spend few hours sipping wine or the whole night... Am a frequent visitor to Divinos, by day for business / coffee meetings or for lunch, and by evening for early evening drinks or a quick meal. Great set lunch menu every week which is extremely good value, including two courses and a coffee. Great free buffet food at the bar every evening from 6pm for about an hour...

Fell in love with this place when we dropped in a Saturday night, and after ordering a "cold cuts" to share for starters we were sold. Such quality in Asia! Very professional and great service. All our dishes were amaing. The winelist is extensive - also by glass. For an experience like this - the price is really worth it.... More

Decent selection of mains here ranging from Pastas to meats etc. The wine list is extensive. Costs for decent food in Hong Kong can be eye watering but Di Vino, whilst expensive enough, was mid range when compared to the other options locally. Service was friendly and professional and the Limoncello shot at the end was a nice touch.

At first, this place looks like your typical wine bar but it offers more than just drinks. My friends and I all met up in HK and decided to hit up lkf. We found this place and just wanted a night of chill drinking. We were offered with fantastic service from the whole bar staff especially May, our host and... More

Vibe: like a run down bella italia or strada in London for ten times more the price. Food: cold pizza, cold fish, no salt, no garlic, rubbery mozzarella Service: mediocre, unable to recommend a wine. Asked for a hot pizza and got back the original pizza reheated with the pieces we had taken a bite out of. AVOID Seriously the... More

I've been coming to Divino for almost ten years now. It has never disappointed me. It's always been a great place to have yummy food, to start the evening before hitting the clubs on Wyndam Street or LKF or to get a rest from them. The staff is lovely and super friendly. In fact they became dear friends over the... More

Divino is a wonderful place to taste the best wines in town especially Italian. The Manager Giulio is a highly professional guy that would spend time with you explaining the food and the wines the restaurant boasts. The staff is charming and ready to serve you. Not pushy but ready to serve all the time. Met some nice people there... More

Excellent service and atmosphere over happy hour. Predominately local expats that are well known to the wait staff. A variety of hors d'oeuvres are served at the bar during this time. The bartender is a master and watching his expertise is an art form! Price point is good for quality wine!

DiVino Wine Bar and Restaurant has become one of Hong Kong's most popular hangouts since it opened in 2003, with its relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and service by friendly staff. Using a constantly changing assortment of traditional Italian ingredients, Corporate Chef of DiVino Group, Chef Michele Senigaglia introduces the latest craze that sweeps through Milan - a focus on more casual enjoyment of a wider variety of delicate dishes. In other words, dining that is ideal for sharing with friends. DiVino Wine Bar & Restaurant, named Hong Kong's Favourite Wine Bar in HK Magazine, was cited in the LUXE Guide to Hong Kong and Macau - the regional travel and style bible that showcases only the best of Asian lifestyle. DiVino has the largest selection of "wines by the glass" in any independent wine bar in Hong Kong.

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
