Everyone wants to know where they serve the best dog soup in all of Asia. This restaurant might be the answer. Hidden in a modern building just by the 3:rd ringway is the fatastic Pyongyang Unban restaurant. It's very hard to find since you can only enter via the elevator exiting on 3:rd floor.
