The sushi here is second to none. Absolutely exquisite. It's a treat to sample the very fresh tuna rolls. The marinated ginger pickle accompaniment is thrilling to the taste buds. The miso soup is as original as possible. An exceptional dining experience except for the interiors that are getting to look really unkempt, my only criticism.

Hands down one of the best places I have had sushi in Kenya. Prawn tempura, salmon and tuna sashimis, salmon and tuna nigiris and the fish eggs on the Mali rolls are too die for. Word of caution: the wasabi here is the real deal and quite potent unlike many other places. I'm still salivating at the thought of that... More

Nice restaurant for Japanese meal. I specifically liked the welcome given at the reception as well as the exit. The staff are strategically positioned and once you walk in they all ecHo "irasshaimase" meaning "welcome, please come in". The ambience is really good for all sort of visits be it family, friends, couples, business etc. Though they can do better... More

I ordered a bitters and tonic. The waiter brought a soda water after I had mixed it with the bitters. Because I had poured it, he would not take it back. My sushi had a fish scale in the rice. We ordered a tuna avocado salad, the waiter said he would check on the availability, and he never cone back... More

We spent a full day at Diani Beach. So this is pretty amazing... We needed to end the day on a high note. Misono was recommended and we decided to try... Well, we were pleasantly shocked at how incredibly good the food was!! We ordered Sushi plates - mostly smoked salmon and two different Tepanyaki orders - which was prepared... More

Was my first time to go to a Japanese restaurant. Not a bad experience. Great Ambience and great service. We tried out the vegetarian sushi and had the live cooking tepenyaki. The sushi was really great especially there was one filled with crunch corn. Was really good. The tepenyaki was nothing wow but was good. Not very filling. I guess... More

The restaurant makes you feel like you have stepped into Asia. The ambiance is great and the place is wonderfully decorated with an Asian theme.
